Toriko is doing an Usain Bolt sprint towards the finish line but it still manages to bring the hype and be coherent, I'm sad its getting rushed as its world building was incredible.
Nahh. Toriko actually still had another world arc. But at least he cut down the fat there and focus on the hype battle between Four King vs Neo vs God vs Midora vs 8 King.^^
Agreed lol. I mean the last 10 chapter here is all hype non stop. Hell. Both side had been beating the living hell of the other side. I am just sad that Toriko is not that popular here. We end up missing tons of content on each heavenly King getting the important ingredients here.T_T

I honestly can't even expect Kubo to finish the romance idea, in this series...It's just to weird to suddenly do that after beating a god like being with a silver arrow, with the soul society, the rest of world almost falling apart. Even skipping to the future in the next chapter seems entirely out of place, god this ending is completely FUCKED.

Those two barely even speak anymore bruh. It's not happening. But nevermind that, I fucking love Kubo's art. Am I crazy to think it was at its best early to mid SS? Maybe not technically but the characters looked nicer. Ichigo had a lot more personality on his face. Orihime was also a hell of a lot cuter.
I could almost care about this if there weren't 680+ chapters of nothing outside of this.
It definitely changed as the series went on. Feels like everything got more slick/edgy/cool as time went along. Not just in the art, but the tone of the story as well.

Not that guy, even though I've fully accepted that Rukia isn't going to end up with Ichigo I still think its the best ship. Their chemistry and relationship is just way more entertaining and enjoyable compared to Ichigo and Orihime.
Also I think Bleach might not end with romance at all... I mean where the hell are you gonna fit it in without feeling shoehorned as fuck?

Mid-SS was the best because he could actually draw relatively decent backgrounds then.
Yeah for the most part they were just diametric shapes people sat on, but at least he tried then.
And yeah the dude draws the best faces in manga, always has. The dude's personal style preferences are SOO GOOD. He's so stylish with his art direction that it's a fucking shame that he can't write storylines or characters or... really anything.
He needs to just be an artist and let other people write. But I know that's not how it works.
Yes the art was better, it had more substance to it. He clearly got lazier with his art and tried to make stuff more stylized to make up for it.
Hell that Bleach in a nutshell in a way, style with not substance.
I feel the same way. Kubo's faces got weirdly round and samey later on. Hell, I'd even take the early chapters' art over what we had now. It was rough, but it was at least stylish and unique in a way that it absolutely isn't anymore.

I fully expect the series to end without any kind of romantic resolution. I just don't get the people that say Ichigo and Rukia was a non existent thing when there's so much there. What I don't expect is anything happening with Orihime's one-sided crush. Would be a total cop-out considering Ichigo treats her like a little sister.
at this point i think it would be best to leave it ambiguous about ichigo being in aizens bankai from the start.

There is more to there relationship than Orihime and Ichigo I give you that, hell it's the best relationship/fully developed in the manga. But it's never really truly in some romantic light on either side.

A non-ending like that is really the only moderately satisfying climax the series could have at this point.
What story even is there to do an epilogue? Ichigo graduates HS and sees Rukia in the distance. That's a solid ending. Not good. But not as bad as it could be.
Don't pair anybody off. Don't espouse anymore exposition or dialogue. It's too late to explain anything. Just have a nice moment at the end and call it a day.
I don't remember much from the Bush administration.
Aizen's bankai creates the illusion of a story.
That is to say, Aizen's bankai is Bleach.
It had some high points. It just wasn't put together well.

Bleach had a pretty solid first... probably around 100 chapters.
After that it's been pretty much crap the whole way, there's a TON of stuff I'd outright remove before it even got past the concept stage, were I his editor.
For example, I wouldn't have even had Arrancar exist. All they do is convolute the narrative needlessly by giving Ichigo fodder to fight as an excuse to not be part of any of the actual important shit going on outside of them.
