Like I said, be happy with what ya got out of it. It's fine to get excited when a strange cute bar girl starts sucking ya face ... nothing wrong with doing that. But you shouldn't feel conflicted about not sleeping with her seeing how she was too drunk to consent.
Leaving took about 10 minutes. Her friends returned to the table and said "it's time to go home," and asked for the bill. She continued to sporadically make out with me and when she eventually stood up, she pulled at my hand to drag me away. She also asked me, in English, to "take her." She repeatedly got up and pulled me then sat down beside me. During this time I was asking her for Line and Facebook, but she declined and wanted me to come with her instead. That's my only serious regret not being able to get her contact details. It felt like she knew I would have no choice but to come with her if she didn't give in and hand over her Line, but I was completely sober and was reluctant to go with her. She fell over onto her back, behind the table. I tried to catch her but couldn't. I helped her back up after. Once they'd received their change, her friends whisked her away. They were quite apologetic. She made grabby hands as they left.
Someone posted that I could have taken her to go get some food after. I was thinking at the time we could go for karaoke. But at this point she was totally slaughtered. She wasn't into anything apart from drinking more of my beer, trying to smoke my cigarettes, and attempting to convince me to take her to a love hotel. All this sandwiched between a half-hour-long passionate make-out session.

I feel like you don't see a lot of girls but maybe I'm wrong. If you were interested in her you should have went with her to do something else. But it sounds like she was too drunk and even her friends were trying to help her.
I think she wasn't aware of what she really wanted to do and who knows if she really liked you or not. Starts to sound doubtful and I think you did the right thing to just let her go.

I get my share. Last week was Halloween weekend, which has become huge in Japan. On Friday night I went to Shibuya and met a nice girl at a bar. It actually became high-tension when a friend thought I was stealing her from him (which ultimately happened, but I didn't realise it). We talked for about 20 minutes and then went to a quieter bar to warm to each other before hopping in a taxi to Kabukicho and finding a love hotel.
I usually don't make an effort to hook up with girls at bars but if somebody shows an interest and I'm not going to stand up my friends in doing so, then I'll pursue it.

I'll agree with this. Age aside... which... not sure why you didn't just ask--it usually comes up pretty quick when I'm talking to Japanese girls out at a bar... but age aside it sounds like a situation it's best not to get mixed up in. Unstable.

Well I wouldn't hang up too much about this girl. These love hotels sound a bit strange. Typically a bit closer to prostitutes actually. That's their thing in a lot of countries. Hourly hotels. The bar girls are just looking for men and I guess the men are the same. Not all.
Like I said I'm not a bar guy at all and a lot of those girls I do think like. I don't like what they are looking for I guess. Rather know someone outside a bar a bit more. All the girls I've been with u have expressed known and met most of them three or four times before I went further. Just try to be careful. Like I was saying anyone can lie.

Naw, Love hotel is pretty normal for couples to use. Given the small nature of most living places, it's good to have a nice place to go.
They're pretty expensive though, iirc.

It sounds from your stories like you are living in SE Asia. I'd guess Thailand.
In Japan, love hotels are pretty normal places for couples to go to, especially if it's more impulsive. Pretty much everybody has stayed in one with their SO at some point. People can't always stay at their homes because of living with family, or being far away. Love hotels are a nice compromise since you can stay there for a few hours or all night and not spend as much as you would on a proper hotel. Also, if you meet somebody in a bar or club, you don't take them back home with you – you take them to a love hotel. This also helps keep things anonymous. That's why there are so many love hotels across the road from all the biggest clubs in Tokyo.

Why does every single time someone posts one of these types of stories about hooking up experiences etc with people they always seem to have to go into overly super detailed explanations of the interaction.
