Wait, SAS thinks Brady has been wronged? I've never been more convinced Brady cheated until now.

I was driving home from work and Steph Stradley was on Dale and Holly. She was really good and talked a lot about the missteps taken both in the initial investigation and the appeal.
I think it's been posted before, but her blog posts (and replies to comments) are a great read if you're interested in the legal aspects of the case.

Skip Bayless, too. Brady's fucked.
Lol everything that was reported made it seem like this stuff was right before the game. When I found out it was from May, that just made no sense, why were they checking people's text from back in May?
Even the Tom Brady "destroyed his phone" stuff, when all he really did was expose of it since he got a new phone.
So anyone watch nfl network yesterday when Ron wolf (former packers gm) told Goodell, "great job on the brady thing" and roger started laughing?
And kharvey.
Throw away the key.
Yes. On the same day he was asked for his data. Nothing weird about that at all. In fact having been in this thread for a few weeks I now realize most celebrities and athletes do this regularly.

He was never going to hand over his phone. And seeing everything the Patriots did hand over, there was no reason to need his phone. The phone is a red herring to get people who don't really care about facts to just instantly blame Brady.
Totally and him destroying it that day is just a coincidence.
What relevance is there at all to when Tom destroyed a phone that the NFL not only didn't need, but that the NFL was never going to get?

It makes him look guilty. Guilty people do irrational things. Even if lawyers would say it's unnecessary. What relevance is there at all to when Tom destroyed a phone that the NFL not only didn't need, but that the NFL was never going to get?

He's guilty in my eyes. He knows he's guilty.Do you know how incredibly subjective that statement sounds? The implications of that type of judgment would be disastrous.
"Oh no, your honor. Mr. Brady had no involvement with the insignificantly deflated footballs. But, he did get rid of his phone after learning the NFL didn't want it. This surely is enough evidence of guilt, right?"

His jersey is irrelevant. His team cheated before, and it's obvious he cheated again. You would have to suspend disbelief to imagine Brady didn't have a Pats employee tamper with those balls. In his eyes, no proof beyond his jersey is necessary.
Love how it was all about the air pressure.. But then when the science proved them wrong, instead of admitting they didn't understand psi gas law bs.. They doubled down by refocusing on the phone.

You mean the footballs that were proven to not be statistically significantly deflated (as in, there was no competitive advantage) in comparison to the control balls?
How are you so blind to information like this?
I'm constantly suspending my disbelief that you're not a bot that is programmed to repeat the same things in any Brady/NFL/Patriot thread that you come across.
Mouth breathing it would appear. You are saying he isn't a bot but a real, breathing person?!
I don't think a judge would be able to order the NFL to turn over those email because of attorney/client privilege. But that's kind of the point.
But I thought Wells was an independent investigator and thus, NFL should not be privy to attorney/client privilege?
He's guilty in my eyes. He knows he's guilty.

Ah, those innocent days when we thought the NFL could be trusted. In the transcripts that were recently released, Wells refused to comment on the NFL's involvement with his report before it was published, claiming attorney/client privilege.
Here's a link!

Goodell also bailed the Pats out during SpyGate and burned the tapes before the public could inquire into their significance.
The Pats cheated before. They cheated again. The "deflator" and his buddy were punished. Brady and the Pats get to keep their Super Bowl. Brady should be relieved he plays in a league that allows him to retain his paper championships.
I don't like the Giants. I don't like the Cowboys. I don't like the Racists. I respect all three of those teams more than the Pats. They were frauds. The Pats made an Eagles fan hope the Giants would win in both of those Super Bowls.
The Giants are a football team. The Pats are self-righteous frauds that brazenly cheat every year. In a game of inches, the Pats took liberties with the game. Frauds.
Disgusting organization.
You're certainly an entertaining poster, I'll give you that.
He really isn't.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, and chalk it up to ignorance.
Those tapes were shown to a room full of reporters.

Why they were destroyed? is anyones guess. I have heard there were alot of crouch shots of cheerleaders and they were afraid if it got out the nfl would be sued.
Spygate was about WHERE they were taping, not WHAT they were taping btw. So no matter what was on the tapes, its a moot point.
