Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Official - Operators Gameplay Trailer

Only thing that i would like to see are bigger levels. These small and fast maps are ok but it would be awesome to play in mansions and public buildings with more rooms and space.

But in the other hand levels can;t be too big because game could suffer from same thing that Evolve suffers. Too much time spent walking around.

Hey you guys remember the days when wallhacks were what cheaters would do?

:rolleyes

Every fucking game has this shit these days.

Have they given a time-frame for the Beta yet? Hoping for sometime before the Summer since it's much easier to get 8 systems rounded up for me then.

Sad to hear that character creation/customization seems to be gone.

Otherwise, game looks awesome. The way you choose people echoes LOL/DOTA, which actually sounds pretty cool. Will certainly deepen the strategy and teamplay involved.

They will add single player, but they haven`t told us much about it yet.
I couldn't find anything about single player on the official website. And the most recent bit I could find from a quick Googling is this, from June last year:

Couture couldn't say much about single-player in Siege other than that the team is aware it's "a big part" of the experience. "The scope of the single-player is not completely clear yet, so I cannot really elaborate on it," he explained. "All I know is that the message we have on the production floor is like, 'All the comments online, people are always talking about single-player. So we're gonna have something for them.' But I can't say if it will be more cinematic [like Patriots was] yet."

I also see more recent articles but they're still working off that quote above. Strange.

Alpha's gonna Alpha

Sure but let's not forget they released games which stayed forever in "alpha"

The only multiplayer mode I like on Battlefield Hardline is Rescue, and this is a game built around that mode, I cant wait for the beta looking fun on the twitch stream

I'll get this since it's the closest thing we'll get to a tactical shooter these days. Still depressing...

I hope they get rid of those big hit markers though. Make a distinct sound play for hits instead if you need something there.

This will keep me entertained but only make me want another SWAT or SOCOM game that much more.

looks boring to be honest. I dont like what I see. I'll just wait for a proper rainbow six title.

Man, this game looks like a blast!

To me it's almost like Payday meets Rainbow Six, with a dash of Battlefield.

You have the planning and class diversity of Payday, the theme and hardcore PvP combat one would expect from Rainbow Six, and the destruction typically found in the Frostbite engine.

This isn't the Rainbow Six game I've been waiting for, but it's one I would love to play!

Just watched the footage, this and Division are the first AAA games from Ubisoft I have been interested in for years.

I wish Uplay was dead and buried.

So is there any hope for a "hardcore" mode with no hitmarkers and UI death tallies? Is there any word on Heartbeat sensors feeling overpowered?

Hopefully hip firing is still viable ... couldn't tell from that PCGamer preview as he was mostly using ADS (This is coming from someone who plays a lot of CoD still).

*Prays this game still has a decent sized playerbase after a week

Love that Evan Lahti is a SWAT 4 player. Other than that Pulse xray looking OP, the destruction looks to be great and good to hear its rewarding strategy more than reflex.

Didn't even know this was going to have a campaign, and it's coming out in 2015 with no indication of what it'll be. To be honest, don't really care if there isn't one.

They should just drop the campaign entirely for the time being and devote all resources to more multiplayer maps, modes, etc.

Then double down on a campaign as DLC for those interested.

Yup. Don't want them to stretch their resources too thin. Give me at least 10 great maps, and I'm good to go for a while.

They haven't actually confirmed there will be a real campaign as far as I've read. It may be the crappy Brink/Titanfall deal where they just throw some VA and objectives in the multiplayer maps. They said the scope wasn't finalized yet as of last e3 which almost guarantees it won't be a full cinematic campaign.

Yikes. I know it's alpha, but we know that this is pretty close to what the final game will be. So this is what an AnvilNext multiplayer mode only game at 60fps looks like?

Gameplay still resembles more Vegas/Vegas 2 mixed with Counter-Strike. Not much Rainbow Six. X(

Destructible walls and stuff are neat though.

I hope you're right, but I'm still afraid this will be Ubisoft's Call of duty.

Exactly what came to mind. All the sprinting around and hit-marking.

I'm hoping for a hardcore mode of sorts. No hitmarkers, less HUD, no fire indicators, a llimited amount of magazines.

With a game so focused on tactics they shouldn't need to include mechanics llike hitmarkers.

even if this is 720p/30 I will get it and be happy.

haha, true for me too.
But i think the game will look fine. They're testing so that everything will run well at 60 fps. Then when everything runs as it should they will start adding stuff to make it look better.

It will look good enough to enjoy.

Don't think so. This has Q1/Q2 2016 written all over it. Besides, Rainbow Six looks great and I think should do pretty well for them so they don't have to push The Division out this year.

Yeah and also please people don't lump in the Division with R6. R6 looks great and like an actual game that exists :P

In the 2 years we've known about the Division we've seen like 2 super shallow gameplay demos and nothing more (aside from pretty graphics sure), this can't be right. It amazes me how The Division is generally exempt from the typical "ubi skepticism" when for me it's clearly the game that warrants it the most in their line-up for this year.

Would The Division being at 4 E3s be a record?

Also this. I mean seriously I don't think any big Ubi game has ever been at 3 E3s, even games announced way too early like Watchdogs only go through 2 E3s. This can't be right :P
