I remain interested, although the 2-player co-op thing was a huge blow to my enthusiasm (what the hell?). I still hold out hope that this'll be not much worse than Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom, though.
In other words, I'm still interested because I'll play and enjoy some pretty shitty Diablo-likes.

How about we measure the game by all those Dyack has compared the philosophy of Too Human with. I say if Too Human's metacritic score is higher than average of Devil May Cry, Phantasy Star Online, Diablo and Double Dragon, the game must not suck!

Working on MKvsDC (a game heavily trolled here), I'll say the following. This place and the internet in general are full of trolls and haters. Most people will bash a game to be funny or to join in a lynching, so I don't think you should really care what people on this forum or any other forum say Denis. Think about it, what game will not have people saying "o this is stupid/terrible/trash/etc."? Even the most highly acclaimed games are trolled. Of course it would be nice to have a positive response for a game you have worked on from the forum you have frequented for years, but understand people like to trash talk a game, so again, you should just focus on making a great game and then roll in the money when the game sells well. Good luck with Too Human. Looking great from what I have seen.

I'm seen some fantastic things in this game, but then there are other things that I definitely need to see more of.
I think I remember it being said, although it wasn't with these exact words, that it isn't just the spoken word that should tell a story, but the art should as well and I hope to see that really come through in the game.
That's another one of the major reasons I'm interested in this game.
I do kinda get the feeling though, people that clearly don't like it, wont give 2 craps about what any very positive review says about it anyway right? So isn't it also a possibility that even after release we'd be right back where we all started?
Let's say we have 5 reviews that gave it a 90 and the one review that gave it a 72. Everyone that already didn't like it is clearly going to pay more attention to give more credibility to the negative review.
So I have one question very important question.
Are the people who are currently against it, plan to remain entirely against this game regardless of the final game's quality or the general consensus among reviewers?
Will you judge the game based on the final product or will you judge the game based on your dislike of Denis Dyack?
Nolan I don't think I've ever seen anyone say it's brilliant without ever playing it. There are people who have high hopes for it and don't think it will be the big pile of trash some are expecting it to be. This, however, doesn't stop everyone from assuming Metal Gear Solid 4 will be brilliant without playing it, which it is

I didn't read the entire thread, but I'm curious whats the purpose of this thread? Was this really necessary? This is for what? Hype pump up? Don't get me wrong, from what has been showned the game looks average (in my opinion), but this "throw marketing sand into your eyes" kind of tactic in a gaming forum is getting rediculous, because you glorify the game to much, to a point its getting a little overdone (making me wonder if your even sure or believe the game is going to be above average as you imply).
