Well, the Immortals Arc is relatively paced well, one of the reasons I liked it. It's only 16 episodes (compared to the first arc's 32). But most of Shippuden is a slog.

Shippuden is mostly 1 to 1 with plenty of filler between. Hunker down, it's going to be a bumpy ride.

There's a very good chance that FG reruns are far more expensive than Space Dandy premieres. The height of the anime bubble this is not.

I hate to belabor the point but the american dub is 100 episodes behind the japanese series and is still on the same arc. To make matters worse the recent chapters move at a glacial pace.

My feelings toward Naruto (manga) at this point.

Also I wanted to remind everyone that awhile back DeMarco commented that Bleach was in the top 5 best ratings a Toonami show has ever had. If SD at worst only does as well as it it'll still be one of the highest rated shows in block history.

Gucci there was about a twenty second explanation of the fight that ended canon Naruto.

Half the episode was the flash forward, the rest was Konohamaru and Sakura meeting Naruto/people saying nice shit about Naruto thinking he's not around. Then the episode ends with them being challenged by someone...giffable.

That's true. Would seem kind of arbitrary to double something up though to delay SAO's finale a week, whatever the reason would be. IGPX doubled up to have that and Big O and Bebop end on the same day. Doesn't matter too much - we know one of either Soul Eater or SAO's replacement and not the other, and both end in the coming months.

Cause I like Fairy Tail (manga) and think it gets far more hate then it deserves. It's a fairly average shonen manga that for some strange reason has a HUGE fanbase and seemingly people who hate it for being popular despite being average. Yes it has WAAAAAY too much fan service but that's not enough to make me hate it.
