I was iffy on getting the Black Lagoon mangas because it's just the episodes again (though the omake are good) but... yeaaaaaah... when I come back home I guess.

for the most part it is a 1:1...the manga adds some things....anime adds other. The only time they ever "split off" is the OVA where the anime basically adds extra scenes and ending. I remember hearing how it bugged people too but it was the manga writers wish since he couldn't add it in before
