Never forget that Funimation's sole mission statement when founded was to make Dragonball successful in the US. They have an in with TOEI.

I'd be flabbergasted if it wasn't dubbed by Funi.

I'm sure there is a way to make a show like that trashy but fun. Like Red Sonja: The Animation or something of the sort. I don't expect this show to rise to even a quarter of that level though :p

Gangsta seems to be the winner here. I know nothing of Prison School outside of the img above. Everything else? I might find something I like enough to watch on a weekly basis and still find time to complain about.

I don't remember Kai getting simulcasted.

I'm sure CR would've said something by now if they had it, same with FUNimation.

I am not going to lie. I tried to get into Prison School but it baffles me so much. It has AMAZING art but it is so lewd. Like new depths of lewd I didn't know existed in non-hentai manga. It is fascinating garbage.

Very very lewd indeed, but FAR from garbage. The writing is phenomenal

I only got to chapter 10 so maybe I didn't give it enough of a shot but man I could feel myself getting on a watchlist every time I went to a new chapter.

Battle of the Gods retread with a new character? If that's where they are starting, it sounds good enough for me. I do...however, think that the weirder thing about this show and the recent movies is that
they actually take place between the death of Kid Buu and the true end of the series with the final Tournament.
It can all fit in...I just find it a bit odd.

The problem is that, even if Funimation is simul-dubbing it, which I think is likely, there's probably a bidding war going on right now for the TV rights.

Kai still doing well while KLK working that edge. Those drops between shows every half hour were pretty brutal. I could see why people would drop this OP episode because of the amount of recap, though the tried the true stuck around for their girl Kokoro.
