Phantom troupe = Akatsuki

Hunters = Ninjas

Nen is more like Stands then Chakra though. The Uchiha's look like the Zoldyck's that take after the mother and not the Zeno, Silva and Killua Zoldycks. Naruto and Gon...are not that similar actually. Maybe on a surface level but the way they go about things are too different in my opinion. Outside of Kurapika the Scarlet Eyes really don't have a combat focus since that whole tribe were pretty much a bunch of pacifistic smurfs. Yeah there are similarities on the surface level but the beauty is in the details. Also I don't think the actual Akatsuki would transfer over well to the Jojo art style as well as the Phantom Troupe does.

in her other pre pain arc appearances she was just displaying typical anime shygirl personality traits, but not really a doormat persay and her best parts in the pain arc and the war arc are actually standing up to Naruto's greatest threat and standing up to Naruto's own self doubt, which is kind of bringing it back around from the chuunin exam arc.
