...and to be "fair", this kind of fanservice is pretty common in old cyberpunk. so it's not that exceptional.

Yeah, her voice pretty much suits the character. I was a bit bummed when she was replaced in the ARISE version. Heck, I would say GitS has one of the best dubs from the 2000s.
