it couldnt be Geass could it? he mentioned some legal gobbledygook, didnt geass just have its liscense saved?

EDIT: yeah funi got the license to it a few years ago

Yes, but despite Funimation picking it up they've been mum about it for some reason. Perhaps whatever has held up Funi's rerelase and blu ray of Code Geass is the same reason they couldn't announce it for Toonami till now.

I remember reading once that Sunrise was the reason Funi hasn't put out Code Geass yet.

Apparently Sunrise is being difficult in getting Funi the materials for the release.

Anyways starting tomorrow when I wake up until Christmas I'm running 13 days of Vashmas. Shorter reviews of the entire series, two a day. Lots of gifs for Seda Claus.

Technically almost everything they've aired from Funi was on another network at some point. Namely the Funimation Channel, but also Kai was on CW and of course Nicktoons.

What network did Tiger and Bunny air on? Also generally on pre flight when they talk about shows that only aired on ASA they'll state its technically not a toonami show but "feels like one" which is why I think we should be looking at ASA shows that never aired on Toonami.

Oh yeah, speaking of "Namek's five minutes" (MAJOR One Piece spoilers)
The anime just reached the "longest hour" at the tail end of Dressrosa. Doflamingo has begun shrinking the bird cage and in an hour or so, it will kill everyone. This was about 10 chapters in the manga, and since Toei is sloooow as fuck lately, we're basically going to relive Namek in One Piece

Neon Alley back when it was its own streaming service I believe.

Champloo seems like a good pick as well. I think DeMarco mentioned that show specifically as feels like a toonami show we never aired in Toonami

If it does turn out to be Samurai Champloo, that would be awesome, been quite some time since I've last seen that. Also I would love to rewatch the baseball episode as a group.

Also, watch as it's ONLY revealed via Shippuden & NOT during M&H.

I would be fine with Samurai Champloo as well, didn't think it was the greatest anime ever but I liked it a hell of a lot more then Michiko and Hatchin.

So I'll be watching for a little while tonight, I think. Still have Michiko and Hatchen and One Piece to finish catching up on. Too curious for Intruder and the potential show announcement.

It's not, but it's a show you have to pay attention to.

Mainly due to how the plot moves.
