2nd GIG has some absolutely great Stand Alone episodes, which go by a different name this time around.

In general they are better than the plot episodes, the exact opposite of Stand Alone Complex.

Basically this.

Log Horizon is a trapped in a MMO anime but this time actually good.

I will say that it deals with a lot of the MMO parts really well and keeps the fanservice down to a minimum. It does the political aspects well to and you actually care about what is going on in the story and its developments way more than I ever did with SAO. I never watched all of .hack (only Twilight) and only made it like 2-3 games into that series anyway.

Its basically a way better SAO

And that means its average
