He was fun back in the day before things went off the deep end. His Bankai was even pretty cool (no pun intended) at the time. Than everything became overpowered and broken as hell.

What's with the countdown?
As much as I don't care for Bleach, I think it needs to be there so they can get more stuff as a result of the ratings. Lesser of two evils here.

You give something a ten, then everything will be compared to it. It's a reviewers downfall. If you give a good game a 10, and then later on others that are better, then they have to get a 10 as well, or you'd be biased.

Toonami has good taste.
If AC3, Bioshock Infinite, or XCOMM:Enemy Unknown live up to their potential, I could see any of those getting 9s or 10s.
