Toonami Shows Survivor

I'd say the fact that no one is bothering to vote anymore proves otherwise.

Well maybe their favorite shows are dead so they don't feel the need to vote anymore?

Besides just because people stopped voting doesn't mean everyone stopped. We still get roughly 16-20 votes per round.

If you want to spice things up then make a grandfather clause or something. After we get to top 50 shows all votes for killing and saving stays with that show for the rest of the rounds until it dies.

YYH is saved for 5 rounds by 3 people after Top 50, it has -15 for kill votes to overcome before it can think about going down dead.

I think it's more about there being too many shows to vote. It's no fun to kill cannon fodder. For time to time it felt even the 90s thread had too many shows to vote for. 20 to 30 shows would be ideal imo. But it's good to have these threads so we can hear out people and polish the upcoming threads.

I know there's a lot of shows, but having 3 or 4 shows killed in a round allows shows to be killed spectacularly easily. We would have had a bloodbath of popular shows leave with net scores of -1.

Anyways...

Kill: He-man
Kill: He-man ; Never watched, have no memories or feelings for this show.
Save: Yugioh. ; A show I feel on the brink that younger me actually enjoyed a fair bit.

and there'd be a lot more people paying attention and actually talking about what needs to go and what needs to stay.

Anyone that thinks DBZ is worth saving (at least for now) should vote a Save for it every round no matter what. People sniped Dragonball at the last minute the last round despite it being an actually great show, probably much better than DBZ by most considerations. There is some pseudo-alliancey-thing that is going to do the same thing to DBZ this round.

So, if you want DBZ to go on but think it's safe because no one is voting it off right now, you're going to be sad tomorrow. Throw in a DBZ save now to be safe (again, only if you actually like the show; not trying to persuade people that dislike DBZ to save it).

Kill: He-Man
Kill: He-Man
Save: DBZ

Never watched He-Man. For DBZ reasons, see above.

Looks like the thread went pants-on-head crazy. Killing off DragonBall? Really? Ya'll need Goku-Jesus.

Kill: Transformers Cybertron
Kill: Transformers Cybertron (time to double-tap this)
Save: Samurai Jack

Transformers Cybertron should have went down last round instead of DB. It's not Beast Wars and was dumb.

Screw all the haters hating on Jack. Good shows shouldn't get kicked out so easily.

RIP in peace DragonBall.

Dragon Ball got sniped? What a load of crap. At least get rid of all the mediocre shows first.

Kill: Transformers: Cybertron
Kill: He-Man

transformers: cybertron was meh and I never really cared for He-Man.

Save: Yu Yu Hakusho

Kill: Transformers Cybertron
Kill: Transformers Cybertron
Save: Samurai Jack
Cybertron was really meh and had really annoying human characters.
Gotta protect the Jack

Kill: Transformers Cybertron
Kill: Transformers Cybertron - most Transformers series haven't really impressed me or left much of any sort of impression

Save: DBZ - same reasons as always :)

Round 17 voting is now open!

You know what, this just isn't quite working. A few determined users can kill literally any show just by changing/making votes right before voting closes. This is especially true when there are so few people voting every round.

Kill: Superfriends
Kill: Superfriends

It ain't no Justice League, that's for damn sure. Superfriends single handedly ruined Aquaman's reputation, while in JLU he's a hook-handed badass. Go away, Superfriends.

Save: InuYasha

Kill: He-man
Kill: He-man. Never watched, was never interested in watching. Another show that needs to go, IMO

Save: Yugioh - Enjoyed the first half season that I saw.

Kill: Justice League Unlimited-Superhero shows not named Batman or Teen Titans must die
Kill: Super Friends-See above
Save: Megas XLR-Because I dig giant robots

Kill: Gundam SEED- Out of all the Gundam shows left (that I've seen, anyway), I like this the least. Plus there's way too many Gundam shows left. Seriously.
Kill: Gundam SEED
Save: Cowboy Bebop- No fuck off. I'm not letting this thread become a complete irredeemable mess without trying to stop it.

Alright, here's how it's going down:

Kill: He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (2002)
Kill: Super Friends - Oh shit, it's Aquaman
Save: Cowboy Bebop - I cannot believe this is actually in danger.

Alright, here's how it's going down:

Kill: He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (2002)
Kill: Gundam SEED - will take what's his name's suggestion
Save: Justice League (Unlimited) - a Top 20 show

I see how it is. Maybe I should focus on killing off all the Gundams before the superhero shows.

I just want to go on record by saying

If Cowboy Bebop doesn't make the Top 5 I will lose all hope in AnimationGAF.

Just saiyan

Kill Sailor Moon
Kill Sailor Moon
Save Cowboy Bebop, because it is one of the most innovative anime of all time
