1. Revolution Smash Bros shown featuring a simultaneous 64 player stadium battle played online. Game able to be played on the floor on 64 linked units.
Ya know...I've thought about this. If Revoltion is wireless, what's to say it'll be limited to 4 players...suppossedly some games will be up to 16 players on NDS...so why not Revolution. Smash Bros. would be the PERFECT game for that too!
Calming myself.
These are my E3 pre-show predictions:
360- they already spewed it, nothing new, maybe solid details on BC w/ X-BOX or PC games, but I doubt it, they do a rushjob to show something about the next Halo, maybe some kind of exclussive deal (GTA4) not known about yet, they talk big, but flounder...however, won't stop the stupid American media from lap it up
PS3- won't be boring this year (shocker), something about PSP...talking about how it's got new games but they'll put an emphesis on it's other abilities (UMD's, Memory Stick, WiFi), PS3 will also play the "innovation" card with possibly built-in eyetoy and a unique controller, possibly sealing the deal on a BR + HD-DVD format launching with PS3, talks about an X-BOX Live! killer, jokes about MS's "HD-era" without a next generation disc format, console shell (not real) is shown to give us an idea on what it looks like, console specs are awesome, demo's/games/support shown
REV- surprize GCN titles, George boasts about how MS is ditching the first X-BOX too soon leaving GCN the room to possition Nintendo into a clear 2ND place going into next generation, new GBA (WiFi, SD Card support), Nintendo's "no line" NDS network explained (Animal Crossing, Metroid, new Mana game, Mario Kart, etc. all online), Nintendo shows a sales graph showing how Nintendog's has outsold all PSP software in Japan by itself, this all leads up to Revolution where they show that both the new GBA & the "no line" network will play a big part with it, they show a Revolution developer reel (like last year's NDS unveiling) with some surprize interveiws like Mr. Kojima & big western developers, big SE support ensues, Mr. Mikami working with/at Nintendo working on exclussive new mature themed games, console is shown and hopefully the mainstream will take notice that Nintendo HAS changed by how pretty it looks, wireless connection to multiple screens confirmed Reggie boasts about how the system not only offers new ways to play but is ALSO more powerful than 360, Mr. Iwata comes out and teases us about the revolutionary features/specs...wait 'til SpaceWorld...then they show a demo reel and when you think it's over...surprize game: new Mario running on Revolution in real time being played by Mr. Miyamoto who controls Mario's movements via wireless gyro motion controls...however the controller is NOT shown leaving us all wanting more...show ends, massive cheers, Nintendo strikes back...
