Meh. I thought it was one of the weakest episodes of the series. At least Kiefer didn't run around aimlessly for the whole hour yelling "Jake. Jake? Jaakkee!! Jake come back here!"

It was cool to see the guy from the pilot again, and I liked how his story turned out, but the storyline with the boy in the woods was beyond awful. Ugh.

Curious that they chose to air this episode now - 4 months after the last, but 1 month before the next - instead of during season 1, though since the narrative takes place during the events of episode 12, I'm not sure how they would have fit it in. Weird.

Just a heads up: Season 2 doesn't premiere until late October, but they're actually airing a special unseen episode from season 1 tonight at 8/7c. Season 1 was 12 episodes, but I think this is being classified as episode 13.

wow. so weird, I was wondering what this episode 13 was. I'll be sure to catch it

Sucks about the delay but we can all watch S1 on Netflix starting October 16th. =) Hopefully more people catch onto the show before S2 starts.

Season 2 premieres on February 1.

This show show started here a few weeks ago have seen the first two episodes. I'm surprised by how many praising comments this thread has, as I think that the show is quite bad.

The show just feels so naive. The "connections" all feel way too contrived and the people seem fake. Episode two's Russian mob boss gets a call from his which makes him sad and makes the audience believe that guy has changed, he won't hurt people. That was laughable, that guy's a psychopath, he should've killed the guy there and then and the show would've been better for it.

And when in the pilot you first saw the Arab kid I immediately knew that he would become a suicide bomber. Everything was so predictable and tacky. Eugh.

Maria Bello Exits Fox's Touch

The Prime Suspect actress — who joined Fox’s Kiefer Sutherland drama at the end of Season 1 and was upgraded to a series regular ahead of the about-to-premiere second season — has left the series, TVLine has learned exclusively.

Reps for Fox and 20th Century Television declined to comment, but multiple sources confirm that the exit was a mutual decision between Bello and Touch producers.

It’s unclear how or when Bello’s Lucy character will be written out of the show, which wrapped production on Season 2 last week (Bello remains a series regular throughout the season). The show returns with a two-hour episode on Friday, Feb. 8.

Considering season 2 just wrapped production and she's a regular all throughout and considering that Touch is very unlikely to get a 3rd season, I'd say this is non news.

I enjoyed it, but it seems like a different show now with the focus on just the Jake/Amelia storyline. Definitely seems to be moving along a lot quicker though. The murderer's motivations will be interesting.

Yeah, they totally revamped it. I thought it was pretty good. I'm looking forward to the rest of the season.

^^^^ haha... he said revamped. You mean Kring'ed. I just finished explaining to my daughter not to expect any of seasons 1's loose ends to be tied up nor for us to ever fully understand any of the new threads started this season.

Well shit, watching the premiere of season 2 and I'm lost because I didn't bother to finish maybe...the last 3-4 eps of season 1 lol

Yeah, and it's a better show because of it. No more meaningless random international interconnected side characters. Every new character so far has been connected to the actual plot, which is a nice change from the meandering first season. I also appreciate the faster, more urgent pace.

Hopefully Maria Bello gets to do more in future episodes though. I feel like she's being wasted a bit. Kiefer tells her to say where she is and then he goes off on an adventure while she's left to look after Jake. Lame.

I'm really, really enjoying this season. It seems as if it's heading to some sort of a conclusion, which will be nice once it officially gets canned :/

Martin/Kiefer had to slip in the "WHO ARE YOU WORKING FOR?!?" of course, so it was all worth it.

It is a big step up from the aimless and often boring first season. They've done a pretty good job at making everything more urgent and exciting, and it does feel like they're building towards a conclusion. Which is good, because Touch is definitely going to get cancelled.

Shocked this hasn't been cancelled yet, must have the whole season in the can + who cares, FNDS. It's been sort of OK this season, but I've only been watching for Kiefer.

Fuck, that ending last Friday was good. Glad they had the balls to do that.

I just watched that episode and I agree - I'm surprised that they actually had the balls to kill her off. I liked Lucy, though it quickly became apparent that the writers didn't know what to do with her.

Is season 2 worth watching? By the end of the first I had mixed feelings.

I'm still enjoying the 2nd season, but it's a completely different show now. It's not five stories mixed together, it's a season-long arc. The villains are pretty good, IMO.

FemBauer showed up this past episode!

Watching the newest episode, the series really knows how to ratchet up the suspense. Every time Guillermo is on screen, my fiance and I are tensing up.

And holy shit at this ending!

One more episode. At least the series seems to be building to a lot of closure in the finale. Definitely looking like a series finale at least. I'm gonna miss Jake.

Good ending. Wrapped up everything. Even Calvin was arrested, was hoping they wuldn't just let him go.

Only wish Jake had said something like "Good night, Dad" at the end of it.
