TRU sale prices, including this 50% off will NOT show up until after the cashier totals out the sale.
Just ask them to total it out to see if the item is on sale. Just cause they hit total does not mean you have to pay for it yet.MoxManiac said:Crap, sounds like a gambit. I hope I don't get screwed.
I've only heard PoP for Xbox is 50% off. Someone said the GC version wasn't 50%

atomsk said:yeah, you still gotta hit F8, haha.
only thing that sucks is you cant back out to the sign on screen, so you're stuck in that transaction until a customer comes along.

Tommorrow mid-afternoon may be too late. Oh well, those games aren't super urgent for me really, so if I miss out, oh well.
hoshi said:There are also some games I'm assuming are part of the sale too, as they were part of the BOGO deal a couple of weeks ago:
Amplitude - $15
The Mark of Kri - $7.50
ICO - $15 (I know, same as Best Buy...)
Virtua Fighter 4 Evo - $10 (yet again)

hoshi said:I don't know if anyone else posted it, but the older XB Live Kits that retailed for $50 (came with free Tetris Worlds and demo Mech Warrior) is now 50% off.
BuddyChrist83 said:Wario, let me just commend you and RevenantKioku for being the shining heroes of GAF today. You let us in on the deals as soon as they hit. Thanks, you're both good men.
tubtub said:Our store got the list today, the whole store was 130 pages of items. About 30 of those were R-zone. But I saw the official list and there are about 4000 individual R-zone SKNs on the official list for all stores. Most of it is stuff that many stores do not have since its so old. Many Game Gear, SNES, Genesis, N64, and DC. I can't think of anything that really stood out that wasn't posted right now. I'll update tomorrow, but I'm sure someone else will probably post the official list soon.
Haha, I got applications going into EB and Gamestop. I wish there were other gamestores around here...atomsk said:i wish i knew. i'm patiently awaiting to apply at game-crazy... next friday!
teh_pwn said:So how long is this thing going on?
Tomorrow I'm moving to my college campus, and I think I'll check out their TRU to see their selection.
Memles said:Anyone know if the same deals apply North of the Border? Unlike Circuit City, there are actually Toys R Us Locations in Canada...and I want Pac Man Vs. for $15. I've bought enough games recently that I'd pass on the rest. Except maybe Boktai, I need a good GBA Game. Just curious.

Wario64 said:I wouldn't trust what employees say. Most of the time, the employees dont know that their own inventory is being clearanced. Even at the Circuit City deal, employees didn't know most of their games were $5 until a bunch of nerds came in with a list
mosaic said:Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution (non-GH) - $10
Non-GH?!?! I thought this game came out straight to GH, red stripe and all....
