Maybe there should be a GAF gamertag we could add, which could also be used to check out GAF leaderboards. I.e. the person owning the gamertag could login with that tag, run Trials Evo and post leaderboards from that tag (overall, tracks, tournaments, etc.). Though it may be a bit time consuming for that person, so maybe stick to top 10 or something...

Have there been any deals on XBL Gold cards? I'm guessing that this will be the game that finally makes me sign up since Trials HD is one of the few games that me and my real life friends all enjoy.

It will likely end up being like Forza, where there is an initial surge of interest, but after a month it will die down. 100 will be plenty,. And like Forza, if the initial list fills up, there can always be a second GT if there is enough demand.

Alright, I went ahead and set up an account for the leaderboards.

Send a friend request to gamertag: NeoGAF Trials


As said above, we can then use this as a base for NeoGAF's leaderboards without cluttering everyone's friends list and it will be easy to take screenshots of the leaderboards. If you want to help out with managing this, PM me for the account password.


EDIT: Want to keep the list for GAF members/juniors. Sorry lurkers. Be sure to post in this thread when you send a request. We will likely fill up, so there needs to be some filtration.

Added the gamertag 'Trials Evo GAF' to the second post. Add that GT to play with fellow gaf members.

We are at 33/100 now. If it fills up, we will have to remove members at the bottom of the leaderboard a month or so after release to make room for more. (remember, the point of this friends list in particular is to have a neogaf leaderboard and have stats to post here in the OT, so its no hard feelings for the slower among us.) You can obviously have individual Gafers on your list so you have access to their replays and whatnot.

Maybe have a waiting list, and then purge the bottom 10-20 every month? You should also easily see if people on the overall leaderboard are active or not. Remember, the GAF leaderboard is for the most dedicated players.

Also, friend request sent to the Trials GAF account.

Edit: just saw Najaf had the same idea about purging. :)
