It's weird. He makes that statement and made a note on Chris Jericho's title reigns. None of those mean anything anymore due to the shit quality of the show.

Also this episode is squarely based around Punk-Jericho-Bryan-Sheamus (now done), Triple H-Undertaker (in progress), and then Rock-Cena (later). Maybe a filler Diva match or something.
