Raw Ratings:

Monday's WWE Raw television show scored a 3.25 rating, down from the 3.55 rating the show drew last week. Raw averaged 4.62 million viewers compared to the 5.245million who tuned in last week.

Though the second hour lost 650,000 viewers.

edit: This is wrong the show lost 362,00 viewers not 650,000

What do people think of Otunga these days?

I always liked him for some reason but now I really like him, he's just a decent goofy character in a sea of bland I think.

Also he may not be great in the ring but he is vastly improved, just things like the DDT last night he looked comfortable and smooth hitting it whilst he used to look forced and rigid.

He seems to often take mass finishers at house shows probably to work on his selling.

Edit where is black ref these days?

Otunga is working on selling like a champ. Remember the box! The box!

Sorry I made a mistake the 650,00 viewers lost was compared to last week second hour. Here are the ratings for hour 1 and 2:

Hour 1 did a 3.34 rating while hour 2 did a 3.17 rating. RAW lost 362,000 viewers from hour 1 to hour 2 this week.

So the real loss was 362,000 viewers. Raws real problem is that the 12-17 viewer is not watching the show as much as last year.

So that quote from last night that Triple H said he "heard when he was younger":

That is not dead which can eternal lie.
And with strange aeons even death may die.

That's from fucking H.P. Lovecraft. From both The Nameless City and Call of Cthulhu.

Triple H confirmed for secret, ageless Eldritch Horror.

If R-Truth cannot physically go for the EC, who realistically has a shot for his slot? Alex Riley? David Otunga? The roster is so damn thin/bad it's really difficult to find somebody else.

--As noted on Observer Radio last night, tons of heat on Miz for not catching Truth during his dive spot in the six-man last night. Truth was legitimately helped out as they feared he had a serious injury. Although he smashed the back of his head on the mats, he ended up being OK and will continue onto the International tour.

--Eve also had her nose destroyed by a Beth Phoenix clothesline last night. Lots of carelessness on the show.

--John Cena was at Raw last night and beat Kane in the TV dark match via DQ.

--John Lauranitis is still the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations and Interim General Manager of Raw. His ideas last night, Kane vs. Cena in an ambulance match and Shawn Michaels returning to Raw, were so good in storyline that the Board of Directors decided to keep him on. This after the storyline last week was that they gave permission to HHH to take over the job at any time. Don't pay too much attention to this stuff, you'll become infuriated.

--For whatever it's worth, the idea was that they were going to re-do the Brodus Clay/Drew McIntyre angle that got cut from Smackdown last week at the tapings tonight.

--Giant new Hulk Hogan audio interview up here: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...-Warrior-Shawn-Michaels-and-TNAs-UK-tour.html A dandy, as usual. He claims in the Shawn Michaels feud, after he beat Michaels the first time, he was fully intending to lose the second match until Shawn buried him on Raw the next night. Of course, the reason Shawn buried Hogan was because he believed Hogan absolutely shut down the idea of him ever losing to HBK under any circumstances.

They really want to downplay this Cena Kane stuff so they can get the fucking marks at home to care about Cena/Rock.

Which I don't

The funkasaurus altough he will just stay in his pod complete with a disco ball and jiggle

Last person to enter the RAW chamber match should be kept a mystery.

Start the match with them already sealed in their chamber and have their chamber be coated in mirrored glass which prevents anyone from seeing inside of it.

This mystery person will be the last person to enter the match.

Have the Rock come out, surprise everyone, lay out Miz, Kofi and Ziggler (Punk and Jericho will have taken each other out of the equation earlier in the match to the surprise of everyone) and head into the Wrestlemania XVIII match vs. Cena as WWE Champion.

That would be awful.

Johnny Ace needs to feud with Orton, over who has the exclusive rights to use the Ace Crusher. DDP can make a cameo as Orton's life coach.

So that explains why the audience in attendance were quiet; they had their Cena fix and were now bored.
I believe that was the dark main event. As in, what happens AFTER the show goes off the air. The real before show dark match was a Brodus Clay match, I believe.

Wait, I thought the dark match was before the show goes off the air. I was always under the impression that before the cameras roll, only those in the arena watch those matches, and the taped show continues from there.

I wouldn't blame anyone in the audience last night if they never bought another ticket to any WWE show again.

Then again it's Oaklahoma, so if a decade of Jim Ross getting pooped on doesn't scare them off then nothing will

I was going to say.. that is the benefit, no JR jokes...

Though you bring up a good point, I wonder how many markets the WWE has been killing recently?

I mean there's places like NYC, Boston, LA that they usually put their best foot forward and then there's other places where its like...

I just thought of an interesting, and probably impossible research assignment.

What state has WWE shit on the most?

or....

What state has got the history of getting the most horrible WWE television and PPV events?

Oaklahoma has to be in the running.

It was pretty eye-opening to me when JR said on Twitter that last night's Raw had a "nice" crowd of 7,000 people.

One thing that I've been doing lately while watching Raw and Smackdown is looking at the upper levels of the arenas to see if they're blacked out, and more often than not, that's becoming more prevalent. Seems like Smackdown's attendance issues are slowly starting to creep into Raw's shows.

NXT and Superstars spoilers:

Percy Watson defeated Darren Young. Titus O'Neal was doing commentary.

Maxine defeated Kaitlyn via roll up holding the tights.

Heath Slater defeated Derrick Bateman.

Tyson Kidd defeated Trent Barreta. Kidd looks to be repackaged and he got quite a few cheers as he defeated Barreta. Post match, Kidd shook hands with Barreta.

Tyler Reks and Curt Hawkins defeated The Uso Brothers. Reks and Hawkins got a dirty win by hitting one of the Usos with Hawkins's staff. It was the first time tonight that the live crowd in the lower bowl got behind anyone at a high level.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Epico and Primo defeated JTG and Mike McGillicutty. Epico and Primo came out to boos. JTG and McGuillicutty came out to cheers because they used the old Cryme Tyme theme. McGuillicutty worked like a face.

2. Jack Swagger (w/Vickie Guerrero) defeated Santino Marella. Comedy. Huge chants for Santino, huge "Vickie sucks" chants. Swagger got most of the offense. Santino came back every now and then only to be stopped in his tracks. There was a Cobra tease, but Swagger won with the ankle lock.

3. Justin Gabriel pinned Heath Slater in a great match with a 450 splash off the ropes.

WWE Games FaceBook said:
We are deploying a few fixes tonight to our WWE '12 online servers that will help lay the foundation for a bigger fix expected later this week. The larger fix will help improve custom searches in the growing Community Creations database, and reduce connection load to improve downloads and uploads.

Thank you so much for your patience, and we'll continue to update you on the latest status.

The WWE 12 servers have been a bigger botch than the Nexus storyline.

Hold on a second.

HOLD ON

PUMP THE BREAKS FOR A SECOND

Listen here wrasslegaf.

You need Hunter Hearst Helmsley in your life more than you can possibly know. You little jimmies out there sitting at home need the genius of Paul Leveque into your sports entertainment program. Let me tell you why. There's really no explanation needed you see cause the way things were before the way things have been before he had permanently joined the company at the top of the booking chain and to the rank of Vince Jr. It was a dark time of uncertain things and maybe they were even enjoyable but then it's like well everything just went "My" Way. All the puzzle pieces just fell into place and I suppose I am satisfied. WRONGO as MONGO. You'RE NOT. You needed to get your little smark face pushed into the mat then slammed with a SLEDGEHAMMER. If it was up to you and your little fanclub then Jericho would've won and everyone would rejoice. But unpredictability won the day and Sheamus won it cause that's the true calling and talent of Hunter. You need that blonde haired muscle bound suited master stepping into your living room every monday and telling you how it is, how it should be according to his "Vision" . A vision you couldn't begin to see cause you're not the game. You couldn't have any idea how to toy with the cerebral cortex must assassinate one with the time comes for it. You need HHH, you need uncalled for booking, bigger untalented men taking positions from others and you want to be ruled by a King.

The King of Kings.

I'm in Oklahoma, and we get very little concerning PPVs. Biggest pop I ever heard was for JR though.

Haha, Miz finally exposed as a fucking jobber who needs to get off TV for good. Go do commentary on the WWE's webshow or something. Worst champion ever. Embarrassment to WWE. gets more heat backstage than with fans.

I'm still wondering why the fuck he is still there.

Well him and Khali

You do realize that The Great Khali was world champion right?
