It had the best stage/tron setup for a brawling match ever, the one moment in that match that sticks out to me is the random bit with the car when HHH tries to run over Vince.

No, he's just trying to imply that the inclusion criteria for the HOF often hinges on how certain people in the WWE feel about a wrestler/celebrity and that arguing about who should and shouldn't be in the HOF (akin to the debates surrounding professional sports HOF's) is kind of pointless as a result.

I agree to an extent, but not entirely. The wrestlers who get inducted look like they actually feel honored (and express that sentiment in interviews afterwards), so I don't think the HOF is as entirely worthless as Meltzer feels it is.

Yeah, that's the Vince stuntman thing I enjoyed! Crazy watching it now. He's in his 50s and worth billions and risks getting squashed by a car. Unreal.

Remember when Jack Swagger was World Champion? CM Punk getting the title off Jeff Hardy? Sheamus' title reign over Cena in the Tables Match? The Miz being WWE Champion last year? Look where these guys went after their title reigns. Back to mediocrity. Back to the dark shadows of the quiet midcard where they're never seen or heard from again until they are given an angle many months later. I called it when Miz was champ. I'm not here to praise him, he was shit then and shit now, but he was another line of midcard-to-main event heels who get shat on by the face and then we never see them. The title reign is basically null because of how badly it was booked and how nobody ever took them seriously as World/WWE Champion.

I'm shocked they haven't done so with Daniel Bryan yet. Though he's got a better deal as he doesn't have John Cena on his tail (too busy with Rock) or have a random Undertaker appearance to take away the title despite it making absolute zero sense.

The update on Hall of Fame plans are for Austin to induct Tyson, Del Rio to induct Mil Mascaras, Christian to induct Edge, John Layfield to induct Ron Simmons, Dwayne Johnson to induct Yokozuna and HHH & Michaels to induct the Four Horsemen ahead of the obvious choice of Dusty Rhodes. Simmons and Yokozuna are likely to be announced on TV after the Chamber show. There's no real standards so arguing who does and doesn't belong here is a waste of time. There are no standards passed just a matter of having your number called.

You've got to be fucking kidding me. HHH & HBK doing this makes no fucking sense when Dusty Rhodes, their biggest enemy, is right there doing nothing.

Dusty is probably content with doing nothing. Also, Del Rio inducting Mil Mascaras should be interesting. I wonder if he will loose the accent for the speech.

It makes all the sense in the world because the 4 Horsemen are kinda like DX, you see. Well, without the dick and fart jokes, the crotch-chopping, Chyna, burying people's faces in Big Show's ass, telling people to "suck it," Chyna, BREAK IT DOWN, and Ric Flair.

Some of it was kind of funny though.

Funny about that little part, Albert's stomping on Moolah. JR/King aren't screaming atop of their lungs how they're beating on this old woman. But when Chavo was doing his weekly jobbing to pedoswaggle, he would defend himself and Cole/King would get fucking irate.

WWE Live Events website is advertising Alberto Del Rio, along with Ricardo Rodriquez, for the two Smackdown houseshows in California this weekend. The Cow Palace website is advertising a inter-brand match between Del Rio and Sheamus for the Saturday show.

Del Rio coming to replace Miz in EC!

Jim Ross stated on Twitter that he was backstage at Monday's Raw SuperShow in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma working on an undisclosed project with Jerry Lawler. The Wrestling Globe Newsletter reports Ross spent the afternoon working with THQ on their next WWE video game, WWE '13. Ross and Lawler will be providing commentary for the game.

Now color me crazy, but unless WWE was planning on getting rid of Michael Cole, why would they use Lawler and J.R. for WWE '13? Could this actually be the start of commentary work on WWE All Stars 2?! :O

Had to kill the stream. My ISP mysteriously blinks out when I fire it up these days...this requires more testing.
