What happens when we DO need to use cut?

All of this could have been avoided if we went for the clear logical choice instead of "LOL EEVEE SO CUTE :3c"

There's no important Cut trees left, though. There's one blocking Fly off just before Snorlax, but after that we head down Cycling Road (no cut trees), until we reach Fuschia (no cut trees), make our way through the Safari Zone (lololol but seriously no mandatory cut trees), then back to Saffron (no cut trees), then onwards to Cinnabar Island (no cut trees) via the Seafoam Islands (no cut trees), and then back to Viridian (no mandatory cut trees).
