Woah, if this comes to Gamepass - I feel Gamepass will have pretty much every release on day 1 for near enough free.

Keep dreaming. Firstly this isn't day 1 games, secondly xbox is getting ubisoft+ same as ps5 as an additional sub, there's no mention of xbox getting classic for free as part of gamepass although that doesn't mean its not going to happen of course.

There was no Splinter Cell on PS4. Ubisoft are not including anything before that - yet.

Doesn't really seem like it, as they aren't even offering games that came out 4 years ago. These are all low tier games or they are 5+ years old. Nothing on that Ubi list is going to entice new subs tbh.
