Oh you're going too? Yeah I fly out tomorrow morning and will check in just in time to make it to the Q&A.ManiacMX said:Catching my flight to Vegas today, can't wait for Saturday. War Torres! War Silva!

ItAintEasyBeinCheesy said:I think its because of his fight with Vera. It was when Vera rolled away after having his skull cracked and Bones kept pounding on him. Wasnt all Bones fault as Herb Dean let it carry on. Bones should have stopped when he seen what Vera did.
Dude is young and a bit wild but will probably calm down soon enough ......needs to be a bit more like Mousasi, when you got someone beat just stop and walk away.

How did you get good seats? UFC Fight Club Membership for early presale? Or just Ticketmaster at 10:00:00am or whenever tix went on sale?
It doesn't start til 3-4am so it might be hard to find a place open that would show it.funk0ar said:Hey guys, really need some help here. Does Spain gaf know where I can watch 126 in Barcelona? On paper, Forrest could be in contention, but barring a lopsided pounding of Franklin, I suspect Forrest's career is actually close to over. He lost a lot more than a match when Anderson ran him out of the building. He lost his mojo, which I don't think he can regain. He's like Crocop now, a hollow shell of his former self. I'd love to be proven wrong, because I like Forrest, but I suspect his confidence is completely shot.polyh3dron said:He lost to Rashad Evans and Anderson Silva, then took a fight with Tito on very short notice and won. Prior to that, he defeated Rampage and Shogun. I don't think he has fallen as far as you believe.
I think Griffin vs. Franklin is going to be a very evenly matched and exciting fight. Franklin has a bit more going for him on the technique side and Forrest has a bit more of an edge in the size department.
For UFC 104 I got tickets for free from Dana by following him on twitter and going where he gave free tix out. Had great seats, probably worth about $350.ChefRamsay said:So this is *most likely* the wrong place to ask but for those GAFers out there who have gone to UFC shows before:

KID was pretty chill.. had a stoner vibe about him, we were both waiting on stuff at the business desk... Rogan was pretty cool we were just talking about fighters getting old, he thinks KID isn't gonna do too well because fighters who depend on their speed like he did seem to go over the hill overnight and he's 35... I then brought up Anderson in the same regard and that the same thing could happen to him and he pretty much agreed and said he liked Vitor in this fight because Andy has never really faced a striker as good as him since way back in Cage Rage.AstroLad said:hahah that's pretty cool. what was your impression of the people you met/saw
wow... good thing they didn't, holy shit.dem said:ufc.tv is pretty freakin awesome
just sayin
There is a demo with the Edgar/Maynard fight... and halfway through the first round you can hear Edgar's corner talking about throwing in the towel.
It's 5, Silva/Belfort, Griffin/Franklin, Jones/Bader, Ellenburger/Rocha and Torres/Banuelos. May also show fights from the prelims if these ones end early.Heretic said:Sorry for the stupid question but...
Is the pay-per-view only 4 fights?

I think with showing it online they have to charge a similar price as the normal PPV broadcast because they don't want to piss off the PPV providers by undercutting them.diamondstar said:Yea I think it is cool as hell but for $44.99? hahaha no thanks.
I would love it if they allowed you to use it just for ordering the PPV but it looks like they are trying to move traffic from the cable companies. I would love to use it at a big discount to re-watch the PPV. But $44.99? cmon...
Have fun buddy.polyh3dron said:Landed in Vegas an hour ago... Joe Rogan was on the same plane as me from LA to Vegas and we were chatting it up about the fights on the tram and so far I've met Scott Jorgensen, Matt Hume and Kid Yamamoto (who I got a picture with and he was mad cool) all on the way to my room.
