I can't help but feel like it's training/coaching. He definitely isn't a granite chin guy, but you can't come in with your hands down, break with your hands down and expect to survive in any weight class , especially against big guys at 205. Yet he's a high level striker and BJJ guy making rookie mistakes.

Well I know he left AKA a few fights ago, or only trains there part-time now because "DC is always doing TV and Cain is hurt" so he felt like he had "no one to train with anymore."

Seems to have not paid off.
