I think that if you are using spoiler tags and description (for example- "this pic is from the latest Africa gameplay demo" so you can know it's safe if you already seen that demo) than there is nothing problematic here.
He should post it in here and not in the screenshots thread, people don't expect to see there anything U4 related and they might click by mistake, but here videos were already posted and people know this thread can be with tagged spoilers.

CEX only deal in second hand goods, though they can sell 'as new' items, someone needs to bring them to the store first for trade-in. Those copies of U4 that CEX sold could have come from anywhere before purchase by the customer.

If someone wants to spoil he can do so regardless, I'm sure he can find stuff from other sites as well, so it won't matter much.
I'm on a blackout other than any official ND stuff, I didn't see the leaked videos as well and I still support people's freedom to post what they want as long as it's carefully described and tagged, why would I force my blackout on others who are curious?

True, at least the source of spoiler info shouldn't be GAF, out of principle.

Its pretty much the same but you can now remove characters from it, like yourself, buddies, civilians etc or all of them. I expect plenty of environment screenshots in the screenshot thread when this is released.
Some people consider everything a spoiler. And pretty much every screenshot or video would be spoiler for some.
Tag it as spoiler, post links, instead of tagged images and it should be fair game for anyone.

That lurker can take it from anywhere, and here there will only be some screenshots, he is not going to share any story details and if you want you can ask him to only post environment shots without any set piece or story spoilers so GAF won't be the source to the really nasty spoilers stuff.

Ahh cool, in TLOU photomode you could remove enemies, buddies and yourself. Some nice shots can be had from it, can't remember if civilians was included though.

. One of my wishes when it came to photomodes for other games like Infamous, DC was being able to remove these things at will and just take pictures of the scenery.How are the visuals? if you didn't mention them I guess you aren't really blown away?

Maybe some smaller stores got them in and broke street date like always. But I also don't believe Shu would fabricate a statement about a theft. Hell didn't we have people steal a shipment of amiibo?
It sucks but the guy with the eBay page most definitely is going to get a talking to.
Not shipping confirmations, the only copies in the wild are from the stolen batch being resold in the UK on ebay or CEX, or from independent retailers in certain countries (Peru, Philippines, and did someone mention New York?)

You should read the posts above yours...Goddamn it, I just finished the Uncharted trilogy earlier and now I get news that there are Uncharted 4 copies in the wild? Well, I'm going to go look around video game stores this weekend. Hopefully Malaysia got some copies too.

in Bills town when the infected is jammed by the create in the bar and Bill chops off its head i had some of a head floating in mid air, and others with no body or head just blood splatter.

I just did, and I'm sorry, but am I supposed to be totally against this? Yes, it's unfortunate that a crime took place for this to happen, but that's not really my problem. That's my take on it.
So it wasn't just UC4 stolen.
