Now would be a good time to remind people that pro-Romney counties are more likely to come in early in any given state. They're typically smaller in population and more rural and thus easier and faster to count. Additionally, the vast majority of states in Romney's base is going to close relatively early in the night, and they're going to be easy to call. Also remember that Obama has 78 relatively easy to call electoral votes coming his way at 11 pm.

Same thing happens here in New Zealand. The small-town farming communities are generally more conservative and skew the early results since theirs are entered earlier.

I think Obama will win comfortably.

Following this from the other side of the pond (Sweden), and really hoping you guys will do the right thing and not the batshit insane thing. To me it's just so hard to believe that any rational human being with decent values would even consider voting for Romney, but apparently about half of the US population lacks those qualities.
