Is there any point to call this race either way right now?

I just get the feeling this will go well into the a.m.

Nah. One more big battleground like Ohio, Florida and its over. Virginia isn't going to help Romney. Romney could get all the smaller battleground states, and i still dont think it'll matter if Obama gets FL or OH. PA was huge.

I don't see the point in Obama winning if the Republicans get the House again. Won't they just be able to keep him on a leash and cause trouble like they did over the last 4 years? Or is that just the Tea Party group stirring up mischief?

1) Healthcare becomes permanent

2) Afghanistan is done next year

3) Supreme Court justices

Those are just off the top of my head.

If the republicans lose tonight I hope it causes more conservative introspection rather than insanity.. the moderate fiscal conservatives in America need to reclaim that party from religious zealots and emotional reactionaries in the next cycle or growing demographics might kill them altogether...
Fiscal conservatives would suck too.

I'm not blaming anyone, i'm just talking reality he got in nothing happened I don't care about the reason I care about the results. We already know whos fault it is and this is how we know that him winning here doesn't mean much either with GOP still in control.

With Romney in the White House, what do you think would happen in the Supreme Court? Aside from the tanking it would cause in our foreign relations. It fucking matters.

You want to talk about results? DADT, pulling out of Iraq, fucking up Bin Laden and Obamacare. How are those not results?

Latino population is going to grow, unless repubs change their views towards minorities soon dems are going to dominate the electoral map in the future..

I've always seen it as the Republicans being in a tough spot with Latinos. From a social perspective (things like gay marriage, religion) they absolutely have a connection with them, however this is countered by having to pander to the Tea Baggers by going hard at immigration. GOP is going to have to make firm decision at some point at who they are going to pander to, and it's looking like the impact of having Tea Baggers on your side is becoming less and less. They hitched themselves to the wrong wagon.

Republican introspection? That's some serious comedy. They're just going to go even further up the Tea Party's ass/
