Either I made up lies about the Boston Bomber or I fell for someone else's crap. Either way, I have absolutely no credibility and you should never pay any attention to anything I say, no matter what the context. Perm me if I claim to be an insider
What the fuck is this dizzy bitch saying?

Wow Fox News woman said we're becoming a "brown country" ? What does she mean about that?

You know what she means by that. You can't be a true fan of Fox News unless you're a racist-ass white person full of ignorance. They know their audience.

I honestly think Fox's main demographic in these times are people turned in for the lolz. I also think Fox knows this.

And these people. Fox knows it has to put on a show.

So now it looks like Obama is going to win, how many of you conservatives are moving to more wholesome places that have no socialised healthcare, religious law and lots of guns, like Canada/Europe/Afghanistan?

What they're looking for is Iran.

I wonder how 3rd party voters in Florida are thinking? lol those votes really do count

Maybe they're thinking that 1st party candidates will address 3rd party issues in the next election if they want those votes. There were plenty of issues that neither Obama, nor Romney, addressed because it wasn't worth the risk / reward.

I want Obama to keep his seat if it means him or Romney, but he is not my first choice. He' still got some splainin to do with his administration's overruling of the military detention provision in the NDAA.

Greta just said that "Obama won't have a mandate" because it's going to be a close race. Unlike Bush who got a massive mandate in 2004 with his small win in that election.

So what is the "importance" of each state's votes determined by, for someone unfamiliar with US elections? I see Florida being seen as a pivotal state, but what makes it more important than all the others?

Basically it comes down to the winner-take-all electoral college system we have. Each state is assigned 'electors' based on that states population. Those electors then vote for the candidate who wins the popular vote in the state. Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania get a lot of attention because they have quite a few electors and these state aren't a sure win for either party like California is for the Dems and Texas is for the GOP.
