I hope Obama wins the popular vote by a good margin. There is going to be enough hatred and bitching the next four years as it is. The last thing I want to hear is a non stop stream of "yeah but... "

I hope he does 12 times over, honestly. My Dad spent the better part of the day lecturing me for voting for Gary Johnson, and I don't want to hear about how it's my fault Obama is the president.

The best part of this whole night is that Romney never wrote a concession speech.

Entitled fuck, expected everything to be handed to him down to the very end.

He will win by a couple mill. Just like 2004 with Bush. It won't be in doubt, Fox is just Butt Hirt and needs to feed thier base something.

What about Michelle Bachmann? How Is her race going? I really do hope that American voters can send these tent revivalist phonies packing. If they feel that serving god is their duty, they'd be better off serving as deacon at their local church. I'm glad that this war on women backfired on the teabaggers this time. It's crazy that women are having to fight for rights that they've already won in this day and age.

It took a long ass time for Rove to reprogram the Rombot, he even had to delay on Faux by looking like a buffoon for 30 mins.

Same Sex Marriage is up by almost 100k in Maryland with 93% reporting.

Can't believe gay marriage is about to pass in fucking Maryland.

Truly a great day today.

I couldn't agree more. So proud of my state and this country tonight...regardless of the crazy part!

Am I the only one kinda bummed after all this? I mean I'm glad Obama won (even if the house will likely prevent anything from happening), I voted for him because healthcare and people's lives are just too important.

But it bothers me to see people so invested in this stuff like it's the end of the world. I don't like seeing Republicans sad, even if I think it's for the best. I know I'm being trite because this is the same old shit but still. I wish people wouldn't undermine each others' humanity based on mere ideals. On the other hand I guess our state of living is pretty awesome if we have the opportunity to lose sight of what's really important like this, which is cool. /stupid
