I haven't watched the documentary yet, but I just wanted to chime in and say that Patrice is one of the most underappreciated performers of our time. The guy was always 3 steps ahead of the game and could break down complex things in a way that would be relatable, absurd, depressing and hilarious all at the same time.
Just listen to any of the times he sat in on Opie and Anthony and the guy would just effortlessly dissect everything in real time while everyone around him would be in awe. All while still being funny. There's certain people that can pick apart things in a very logical and often annoying way, but Patrice always, even when you disagreed with him, would make you think "Well shit, this guy might just be right"
I don't have shit to do tomorrow so I plan on drinking a couple of afternoon beers and watching this with my roommate while we sit around wishing we could hear what Patrice would say about all the ridiculous shit going on now
