He's been very effective this tournament when he does what he's asked - break up play in the midfield and make short passes to people further up the field.Beckerman does little things right and is tidy. but his skill set is not great.

All I saw was the ref motion towards the tunnel. He never pulled out a card. So maybe he's not suspended for the final?

I'm sure that's not allowed. I'm more annoyed that he won't be able to celebrate his first trophy as USMNT coach (yeah, that's right, I went there) with the players on the field after the game.

IIRC Bruce Arena was suspended in 2005 for that Gold Cup final when the US won vs Panama.yeah that was my feeling. some way to relay messages....

Just got back from the game guys, and it was an awesome experience. The atmosphere was incredible. Seeing a soccer game in person is so much different from TV. In my opinion, the US looked impressive. Sure there were some mistakes, but the I could tell the teammates are finally starting to feel comfortable with each other. The flicks and give and goes between all of the players were top-notch.
I can't wait for the final.

Just finished watching. Our team is sooo flat without Donovan. The tossing of Klinsmann was ridiculous. I was yelling at the ref from my sofa on those calls
