omg, this was amazing.
also, amy's burn on her sister had me rolling.
Oh yeah, loved that line, too.No one else loved Pol Pot of Pie charts?!
thats some wonderful play of words right there, the image in my head is hilarious.
is it difficult to separate the different personalities and quirks of Elaine, Christine, and Selina?
No, it's not because I don't think about it. They're so completely different as characters that I don't approach my work as Selina thinking about how to keep the other characters away - I'm just thinking about Selina. Ultimately there is some crossover, for instance we all kind of look alike.
I'd probably faint. I had the opportunity to meet the real Vice President last week. It was a day I'll never forget, he was incredibly charming and kind and brilliant.
When is the next episode? I tried finding it to DVR, but it's not showing up
Signals
Selina attends a pig roast in North Carolina; Dan takes up Pilates.
Oh and Mike with his fucking boat... I hope that shit pops up again. This show feels like a live action Archer at times.
That was a much better episode than the premiere tonight.
Were talking Veep this week with the HBO comedys showrunner, Armando Iannucci, and its star, Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Iannucci talks about geeking out on American and British politics and recreating them on-screen. Then, Louis-Dreyfus talks about her days on Seinfeld and her favorite dirty phrase from Veep.
