As for the Vita, just give me a new Peace Walker or Persona or FFType 0 (yeah I'm not picky at all)

I have faith in layton x PW making it over, though the translation might be a bit off as all signs point towards level 5 bringing it over instead of capcom. hopefully type 0 does indeed come for the vita sometime

Yeah, we were stretching the categories quite a bit. But in the end we included every game we could think of for a possible 2013 release and the 3DS list was about twice as long.

Then again, Vita is MUCH more likely to see great releases that havent been announced more than a month early. So even if the list trends in favor of 3DS, it means not much to me regarding the future of the Vita game lineup.

What games are confirmed besides Soul Sacrifice, Killzone, and another Uncharted?

Thats not just your opinion. Its factually true. In its first months, Vita got more releases AND they had a better review average than 3DS did in its first months.

I don't recall hearing Muramasa The Demon Blade being confirmed for release outside of Japan. I mean I am holding out hope it will be especially given it's already mostly translated, but until it is confirmed I wouldn't count it... unless I just missed the announcement, which while rare does happen o.o;

We were just throwing titles together. Its probably more of "in the west" kinda thing, which should exclude the jp only games on the Vita list like Totori or over my dead body 2, but as I said. We were just throwing them together. Its more like "Here is a list of games for next year to look at". Its not meant to be comprehensive. Someone feel free to make a proper "2013 in the west" release list from it though.

NISA has expressed their interest in the Vita system and the basically the entire game is already translated on the PS3 since the Vita version didn't add many new events(if any at all). Depends on how they feel, I guess.

I am hoping that all of the ones I left will be coming to Na at some point, though I don't expect a disgaea 4 port until late 2014 early 2015, nis tends to like to wait longer between the console release and handheld one.

Also I in general I wish NisA would confirm they worked out a deal to publish the Atelier games with koei. I know ayesha is coming, but it's still not clear if it's through NisA or Koei (unless again I missed something but last I hear there was no official announcement beyond it's getting a release) If koei starts publishing the Atelier games then totori plus will go from a game I was interested in to one I likely won't buy :/

I am pretty sure the only reason they didn't release la pucelle is because they didn't have the rights to mastaff or whatever they are called still owned the rights to everything and weren't willing to work with them.

I don't recall the reason for makai kingdom though.

NIS America confirmed they will localize Atelier Ayesha during their Anime Expo panel. During a Q&A session, producer Jack Niida asked fans to wait three or four months for more information about the English version of Atelier Ayesha.

it took like 30 minutes for me to back up uncharted via cord, and about 15 minutes to back up jet set radio via wifi.

Even if Vita got a Monster Hunter the damage is done. If you want to play Monster Hunter you own a 3DS, and Capcom is too cheap/lazy to do anything more than an up-port of existing content.
