But a ton of pop-in. And grinding isn't just the crane. Try doing the boost->jump the gap->grind in the train-area of chapter 1 I'm forgetting.

Yeah, pop up in 2012 is ridiculous. If SEGA couldn't have improved that, they could have at least used a short Depth of View so it looks like a slight fog is ahead of you, akin to some PS1 games.

Well in any case, that PSM currently has NO way to search for content with a search box is still stupid.

Well there really isn't that much content yet lol. Everything is still listed under New Releases. Hopefully they add a search function soon though.

Got up to Chapter 32 in Uncharted last night.. And kinda don't want to finish it! Game has been great. Definitely think I'll try to grind the Platinum on this one. Feels deserving of my time.

Yes, it is. One of the best showcases the Vita could have that separates it from anything else on the market. I recently just finished it and definitely plan to try for a platinum with it as well (I have none, so this would be quite the accomplishment for me to try for).

I can't believe the hate JSR is getting..not that I blame people for not enjoying it..I just thought it would be a GAF friendly game. I feel JSR still feels the same as it did back in the day. Good, not great, game.

Surge is making me wish i had a capacitive stylus.

I'm looking for one online... mostly to use with the browser. But I can't find anything with a narrow tip. I understand it's an issue with the tech, but still kinda annoying not being able to find some middle ground.

I have the exact same problem. If someone ever finds a company producing such a stylus with a smaller (at least not as huge) tip, that still works, that person should create a thread for it.

Maybe there's a little hope…

Sounds like some of the Trophies would be quite grindy, but I think the game is so much fun that it wouldn't be too much hassle.

Glad I played on Hard to start with as it's been quite balanced and fair IMO. Do stupid stuff and you die, but keep to cover and choose your moments and it's all good. Makes me worry less about Crushing.

Yeah, I groan every time I have to turn the PS3 on.

To be fair, thats exactly one reason why I play more Vita atm as well. Pick it up from the table after standing up, and play a bit of chess while brushing your teeth. Its just so... readily accessible.

I'll post if I find something...

I would love for them to bind a mouse pointer to the rear touch panel for the browser... that could probably work pretty well with a little experimentation.

What would you need it for? Pressing R and then touching the screen for precision mode doesnt work for you?

I didn't realize pressing R did anything... haha... I have to read a faq or something I guess. lol

The smoothness and responsiveness of the Vita interface is definitely one of its biggest pluses. I love how easy and quick it is to navigate and switch between apps.

This always amazes me; multiple tabs open, switch between browser, trophy list, friends list, back to game etc, perfect. Hope the next-gen consoles get this aspect right, 'cause the Vita proves it can be done flawlessly.

The most important thing the Vita does imo that nextgen consoles need to ape is the instant sleep/standby mode... it's miraculous.

I am actually surprised they dont have that yet tbh. The PC has sleep mode too after all, since... a while.

Oh, it sounded like I was being sarcastic, but I'm actually agreeing with you guys. :)

Also great.

I was one of those who turned the thing off completely when I was finished with it. Since reading here and signing up to Plus though, I've changed habits so it's just "sleeping" all the time now, and it's great.

So other than folders what other big change needs to be made to the OS?

More pages + bubbles I guess?

More pages wouldnt be needed if we got folders. But I'd love to see bubble position/size/form customization options. And and an option to decide which notifications pop up in the notification bar.

I'd definitely like to see Folders (and looking at my 10 screens already, I don't see how it can't happen eventually, with the expanding catalogue).

Anyone know when Class of Heroes 2 is actually coming out? I thought about getting 1 on sale, but I'd rather just wait and spend it all on 2...

Bubble size and position is a key one for me. They're way too bloody big, and there's too much empty space between them.

When you think the only things we want are folders and some custom stuff it really shows how good the OS is

True, however it took them long enough to fix some very big annoyances with FW2.0.

Not a slight on you guys - but why the fuck does Konami need to be 'tweeted' to make SOTN work on Vita? It should just work anyway. I was going to buy it, don't they like money?

Because we don't know why it isn't, for all we know it is coming but is in testing or a number of other reasons, the guys on the blog don't seem to know why, which is why we ask Konami.

officially me and my girlfriend are having too much fun with sonic & sega all-star on the vita.

game is very challenging and also very fun.

Playing together on 2 Vitas or playing alternatingly? More impressions?

Folders are a must really. So obvious as well.

One thing I want is the ability to switch mem cards without it screwing up bubble position and backgrounds.

Another I wanted before I got my nexus but not so fussed now (but would still be nice) is portrait mode in the web browser.

For the most part the OS is really nice though for a games focused system. Just needs some tweaks.
