I don't think so. What's the proof that you took the picture, or that the picture isn't of something that just looks shady? Of course, if you're going up to a cop and saying "CHECK OUT THIS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY I'M INVOLVED IN." you might be bringing some bad attention on yourself.
