Every footage we have seen so far in the past 24-48 hours was indeed from the PS4 version. If the scences from the GIF in the OP were from the PS3 build and the E3 2012 trailer represents the visuals of the PS4/XBO/PC version, we would've been told. That's easy to debunk. But they didn't.
