We're at the point where "m'lady" jokes, etc are played out and not funny

Yeah, it got run into the ground fast, as these things always do. In any situation where it's even remotely applicable it's like a shit poster bullrush to be the first to post the meme. And it's never clever or funny. Oh well, that's the internet for ya. I'd expect no less.

Please note that my salt levels are low and I would not allow a fedora within 100 yards of my head. Thanks.

I'll be honest, this one got me. Hahaha

It's the strangest trend I've ever come across, the fedora thing. How did it even spread? It's not like fedora wearing atheist neckbeard heroes all read the same fashion blogs or whatever.

Did they all get it off Reddit or 4chan or something?

I've honestly have not seen a single fedora in my outings. Though, do live out near Sandy springs, GA if that means anything.

To me, thats just how humor on the internet works. Something is funny until it becomes unbearable. I think the fedora stuff can be funny from time to time, "fedoracore" is a funny way to describe things.

This is why Community is the place to be. Same type of humor with memes and sayings, but the jokes are tailored to each specific thread and the echo chamber is concentrated on fewer posters.

Like any trend in the history of fashion, things just happen to catch on with certain groups.

Not sure why people always question this fedora thing because it is something that is real. Live near any college town or role playing card shop and you'll see.

I give thanks to the crap posters who embrace or jackhammer dumb memes. Otherwise, I might be forced to take the time to evaluate your posts for clarity and thoughtfulness.

This way I just let your posts fade into a comforting white noise.

I don't find them funny, but enjoy the over saturation simply because I think the m'lady/fedora crowd needs to be shamed as much as possible.

Agreed. Wearing a fedora without proper attire(a fucking suit) and continuously referring to yourself as a "nice guy" should be made fun of, cause it's comical no matter which way you slice it.

there's really nothing euphoric about wearing a hat, it's just a hat.

I would say yes if it's some sort of hat that feeds you soda or beer.

The joke wouldn't be so bad, if it had been funny in the first place. But starting out unfunny and borderline insulting, and only getting worse from there? Yah, the joke ran its course the day it started.

there can't be anything more pointless than bitching to the internet to tell them to stop shoveling memes, the opposite effect is 100% guaranteed.
