I make a mean Mac and cheese, good homemade pizza, and an amazing carrot cake.

Other things I'm alright with: Chinese food and BBQ

I have been complimented for making pretty good pickled eggs. 1/3 vineger to water ratio, add salt, pepper, onion and 2 dozen boiled eggs into a 1 gallon mason jar. Let it sit in a cool dark place for 2 weeks or longer.

I'm not really a sauce guy so no, but i bet some people pur sauce on it.

I make a pretty good Sunday roast. If I had a bigger kitchen with a double oven I'd really be able to go to town.

I can cook well enough to feed myself and maybe a couple friends sometimes. been cooking a lot more than before since the quarantine. just mix of Chinese, Japanese and some western style food.
















 
I succeed at everything I do, except losing weight because I make bomb ass food.

But my specific strengths are smoking and sous vide meats, weakness is baking and desserts (which I don't really care for anyway)
 
You name it, I can cook it. I'm a great cook And have only gotten better in the quarantine.

I do need to experiment more with Asian flavors

I'm really good at a decent variety of desserts. But I don't eat them anymore so I never make them. I used to be good at grilling and smoking but since I moved I had to leave my stuff behind since it was too bulky and now I have a shitty little grill that doesn't get hot enough. Sad days.

We've made a few dozen recipes from this site over the years, all have been pretty solid to excellent with the exception of Romania...

That's not real food bro, you gotta expand that. You're eventually going to turn in to gum arabic. As for me I worked as a chef in an Italian restaurant so most of the classics I can execute very well. My Carbonara is the truth.
