Dice said:This is my #1 problem with a lot of stores. I'm skinny and kind of short (5'8") but the rest of the country is big and tall in comparison, so a lot of clothes don't fit right, they are just cut too wide or whatever and look like crap on me. This makes me need to go to these other stores just for something decent, but then I'm not loaded or anything so I just have to hope I have good luck on the thrift market. If I lived in Japan there would be no problem. :/
Not an option for me due to the aforementioned issues, though occasionally Target might have something decent.

eggplant said:I like your style. Steve Madden shoes are awesome, but so are Diesel ones.
What kind of sweaters do you wear?

Ahhh.........so you're gay.hXc_thugg said:Ben Sherman has some pretty nice track jackets.
No, I'm not a girl. I just wear girl pants, because I like the way they look. O_O

hXc_thugg said:That ain't no thang. The real problem is when you get an erection.

My tastes? Uber-expensive. Think Helmut Lang, Morrissey, Ralph Lauren and Marcs meshed with streetwear, lots of Paul Frank, Mossimo, Joe the Taxi Driver, Industrie, Mooks, Onitsuka, Nike etc. I don't wear anything but brand-names as a rule.
Here's something I wore a month or two ago (took the pic then, don't ask me why). The pic doesn't do the shirt justice....it really stands out, and I noticed a lot of people (particularly gurlz omg) looking at me while walking around downtown while wearing it. I look damn_sexy in it.Fusebox said:Yeah, this thread needs more real wardrobe content pics and less google pics. Get them digicams out lads and show me your true American style!
That's an actual picture of me, after taking the invisibility/deflation serum. I then got naked and ran around raping girls like Kevin Bacon.Fusebox said:I like the sunnies and watch position, its like I'm looking at the Invisible Man!
Fusebox said:You Americans seem to get around in boots and proper shows a lot, is that because the clubs over there generally wont let you in with trainers on?
1. Yes, clubs generally don't allow "trainers"Fusebox said:Hey I've noticed that you Americans seem to get around in boots and proper shoes a lot, is that because the clubs over there generally wont let you in with trainers on?

Yeah, how do you get around that? i've toyed with the idea of wearing jeans, "fitted" jeans if you will, but i'd rather have everyone's attention down there, especially those who have the same equipement down there -- i get enough of that. It's not a problem at work because i wear an apron. My work pants are fairly loose khakis, although they tend to get tight from time to time. :lolhXc_thugg said:That ain't no thang. HalfPastNoon said:i fucking went to a club goddamn an hour away with flipflops on, aka trainers, and the fuckers at the doors wouldn't let me in.
Fusebox said:Flip-flops aren't trainers, trainers are sneakers.
CVXFREAK said:I had no idea flip flops were so popular on GAF. I always saw them as more of a girl's type of wear. Guess I'm not observant enough. =/
