What is the worst household chore?

Folding socks, no contest. Also, changing the trash bag is irrationally hard for me. I have no problem taking out the trash but putting a new bag in can take about a day for me to get around to.

Scrub the shitter? Sure.
Take the trash to the dump? Eh, aight.
Do the dishes? Piece of cake.
Fold laundry? Fuck that shit.

I have like two hampers just chilling. Don't feel like dealing with it. It's the worst thing ever.

Why don't you just get Alfred to do it?
Not a household chore, but still a chore: brushing my teeth. I fucking hate brushing my teeth. Even with an electric toothbrush. I hate the sound of those bristles swiping against my teeth and and moving my wrist about like a bitch. I also hate getting toothpaste mouth juices all over my hand and it going up my sleeve. So boring just standing there doing these reptitive motions. It feels so primitive, why the fuck haven't they invented something hands free?

Putting dishes away after the dishwasher is done with them is my least favorite.

Mowing lawn is probably my most favorite. But I have a beautiful lawn and a pool, I imagine most people with horribly ugly lawns would hate mowing.

Organising where to put things. I’m not very organised etc
Also tidying always going from standing to having to bend down to pick things up. Pisses me off

Putting out cigarettes on my obese bedridden grandma now that mom has parkinsons. It's hard because I love grandma so much, but I don't want Child Protective Services to take me away...

Defusing landmines in the garden because your neighbour thinks they "disturb the visuals of the neighbourhood".

Пылесос в основном из-за разматывания и перемотки длинного кабеля питания.

Беспроводной пылесос очень приветствуется.

Любую другую домашнюю работу я обожаю. Люблю поддерживать хорошее жизненное пространство.

I also do not like to vacuum

Dusting I guess. I don't like dust settling on my books, my consoles, furniture, etc. Now, I don't have a lot of decorative stuff, but I imagine that would be even more annoying than it already is.

I don’t mind toilet stuff. Laundry is painless.

What kills me is dusting. I live on the bottom floor of a complex and I don’t know if that makes a difference but I get so much dust for such a little apartment it’s crazy. I legit don’t know where it comes from. I end up having to dust once every day, usually before bed, around my gaming setup because I’m OCD about dust on monitors, PC, PS4 etc.

Also mopping and drying my kitchen area floor isn’t fun either.

I don't really mind any of the regular inside the house stuff. Laundry especially doesn't bother me, easy to throw it in while working at home or playing a single player game and just take short breaks to switch things from washer to dryer, fold/hang dried clothes etc.

Cleaning the oven is probably the biggest pain in the ass as it's awkward to scrub, the spray smells awful and it's hard to get caked/burn on shit off the bottom. But that's a rare thing only done after something boiled over (or when moving out of apartments/rental houses prior to owning).

If including outdoor chores, raking and bagging leaves and pine needles in fall/winter is by far my least favorite. Pain in the ass with how many trees have been around every house we've rented/owned around here. Weedeating/trimming comes second, thankfully not a ton to do around the house we bought vs. the last couple of rental (especially the last one as the backyard had trees with a lot of big, above ground roots that couldn't be mowed over).

Pulling weeds
Vaccuming

I pick these because they are the least rewarding and makes you feel like you haven't really accomplished anything even after doing them.

OOOO, cleaning I look at all causes negative emotions. I now use the central vacuum cleaner. I chose it for a long time, I looked through many recommendations for choosing https://cleanersexpert.com/best-central-vacuum-system/. The fact that they chose the central vacuum cleaner is my happiness. Now I don’t have to carry a lot of wires and a heavy vacuum cleaner and bruise myself on my legs. I connect the hoses to the unit in the wall and that's it. And the dust goes immediately to the ventilation shafts.

As a slightly taller guy with standard height countertops in the kitchen, it's dishes. Fuck that slightly bent angle I have to stay in while I do the dishes that hurts my back after a while. Also, I dislike the feeling of touching sludge and crap that is involved with doing the dishes, yet I also don't trust dishwashers to truly clean the dishes. There's no winning.

Then if you don't want to be an asshole, you also have to dry and put away the dishes.

Cleaning is the worst one. I hate this stuff for real but I can't live in the dirt too. I started using emop to clean my apartment and I'm gonna see how it goes.

I still stand by my previous comment. Bathroom is the worst, not even because it's hard but because it's disgusting, especially when you live with others who don't really care about their piss and shit splatter.

Second worst...dusting? It's just cumbersome, and you know that in a couple of days the work will be undone.

Vacuuming might be the best. There's something really nice about a freshened up carpet. The whole room improves, and you really only have to do it twice a month. It offers the same satisfaction as landscaping.

Mopping the kitchen floor is the most hated for me. I'm 6'2 and if they make specialty mops for people who aren't 5'4, I just didn't know about it. It kills my back to be hunched over in that weird position to do the mopping.

I also hate cleaning my stove top because it's one of those gas ones that have the metal grill pieces on top. It's a long process to get that sparkling again and then making bacon once fucks it all up.

You know, I don't mind gutting out an entire kitchen and picking every individual molecule of dust out of every corner till that bitch is pristine, but I'd rather have my nob dipped in a deep-fat fryer before attempting to do the dishes in my house. The people in this place are dang animals.

Scrubbing the bathtub / sink is the worst for me. The water here causes so much build up. Bathroom mirror too, there's always a spot left
