What mouse do you use?

Logitech_Wireless_Trackball_M570_2-s.jpg

I mostly play with controller but (to me) it works fine and i prefer it for work/browsing over a standard mouse.

I got this recently for portability reasons. It's suprisingly great for games, too.

Recently got me the Roccat Kova+ after my second Coolermaster mouse died (don't get those).

Early impressions are good. Feels good to hold - though smaller than I'd like - and the customisable buttons and EasyShift (basically you can pick one of the side buttons to work like a shift on a keyboard) means you get I think 15 or so potential button presses in total.

Razer Deathadder 2013

I'm very happy with it. I don't like mice with extra buttons, laser mice or symmetric forms.

Is the software on this one as bad as people claim

It's kinda slow, but it works good enough for me. There's a glitch with the lift-off range though. The lowest possible setting doesn't seem to do much of a difference, even compared to the highest.

Mice, along with all input devices are really subjective..........but if you play mmos a lot, and don't use a Razer Naga, you're probably crazy.

Is the software on this one as bad as people claim? My 2009 Version just died an I'm now stuck with a laser mouse (Razer Lachesis) ... don't know how people can play with this acceleration.
The software isn't the best tbh. I have a Mac, so I always assume it just is worse on Mac than windows.
The major glitch I have happens when I unplug the mouse from the computer while the computer is on. So, when I replug
lol is that even a word
the mouse just seconds later, the software does recognize that you are still signed in - but your profiles don't sync from the cloud - so you have to sign out and sign in again. Really odd issue. I think if I just wait it out, it might sync. It really is a shame because Synapse 2.0 has so much customizability.

But that could just be the Mac issue

Anker gaming mouse

Look how cool that light is! but is too bright and I never actually use the damn light thingy.

I got this mouse, because it was only 20 pounds and my old mouse was dead.
Is OK mouse.

Holly crap that is amazing. Freaking light show

Cooler Master Inferno.

Wasn't that expensive for something that's considered a "gaming" mouse. And so far, touch wood, it's been pretty good.

All 6 buttons can be macros. You can turn the leds on/off.

Around $20ish superb bargain.

Build quality of Razer is beyond shitty though. Two of my friends use a Razer Naga and none of them ever lasted longer than ~1,5 years. Pure garbage.

Microsoft sidewinder x8.really good wireless gaming mouse. Unfortunately I think Microsoft stopped making them (and other peripherals?)

Seriously what the point of putting 200000000 dollars in a mouse that will give you 50859082098609 dpi since you can't actually focus that much precisely ?

Do you really use a lot's of aspect of "gamers" mouse ?

Been through the intellimouse 3.0, ace edge 3200, g9 and g9x, deathadder 2013, and the performance mouse mx beats them all in comfort, it just fits perfectly in my hand, and doesn't have tacked on bullshit that I don't need.
Also works on most surfaces, it's just the perfect mouse for me and I laugh at those who says it isn't good for gaming.

Ever used the MX Revolution (precursor to performance), been thinking about upgrading, but the performance one looks smaller, and the revolution just fits perfectly in my hand.

The 'molten' version of the Razer Naga.

Mine must be going on 2 years now. It's served me well, it's incredibly comfortable. I have heard bad things about the reliability of Razer products, but my keyboard has been totally fine for about a year now as well. Their support is pretty good if anything breaks from what I've heard.

Coolermaster Xornet

Love this thing. Not expensive, smooth as silk, and slightly larger than other claw grip mouses I've used, which is great for my large hands.

Overall claw grip is a must for me; more precision, less fatigue.

The dedicated DPI toggle buttons are nice, but I do hit them accidentally once in awhile.

My G500 is on the fritz, I think I had some bad cable angles with my old desk setup and it tweaked the cable where it enters the mouse. It just randomly disconnects and reconnects. It drives me crazy for work and gaming.

Just ordered the G602. I look forward to it. I love thumb buttons on mice, just no need to go full MMO style yet.

My mice have been Logitech for as long as I can remember. I loved my MX Revolution before I accidentally dumped water all over it. For some reason though I always like to move on to a new mouse, I never buy the same one twice if it meets an early demise.

Logi G700

Great for navigation, great for using with notebooks (wireless), great for gaming on my desktop (wired, without battery = lighter).
And dat scroll.

Very versatile.

Just got a G700s, and its not bad.

the dpi isn't quite as fast as I hoped it would be

The uber scrolling vs mechanical button is really nice

Can I program a button to refresh or F5?

Im using a G700 too and im very happy with it beside the very few hours you can play per battery before putting the usb cable back on.
You have two buttons to increase or decrease the DPI, also you can manage in your logitech program to which dpi amounts you can toggle per buttonpress. on standard setting the highest setting isnt even the half of the maximum dpi the mouse can use
You can program every button in that software too, its really great. it recognizes games and you can define special game-actions to buttons or creating own macros on buttons (made a cookie clicker macro when i played that game to make a lot of clicks by holding a button pressed).
