What multiplayer games are you excited about on PC?

I feel like there isn't much upcoming. There is battlefield which i would play but 70€ to just play the multiplayer is a big nope from me.

Why are you asking just for PC? But in general I'm looking forward to Battlefield 6 and ARC Raiders.

Also 70 is nothing for game if you put hundreds of hours into them, as I do with BF titles.
 
Just multiplayer might not be specific enough for us to help.

There's a lot of small coop/multiplayer games going viral normally, there's PEAK now which looks fun for a few dollars.

Also there are many GaaS games getting upgraded each few months, im excited for Path of Exile 2's first expansion in a couple weeks, not so much of a multiplayer game but you can play it in coop.

I'm hooked to Age of Empires 2 DE lately, it has evolved a lot and it's getting expansions yearly, some of them being added to the main game, great fun game, really good if you have 1-2-3 friends to play in team vs AI or other humans.

Currently it's Nuclear Nightmare, Hearthstome Battleground, and SCP- Secret Lab. And Dawn of War Remaster

Upcoming ones would be World of Warcraft Midnight and GTA VI and Dawn of War 4.

Literally just Battlefield 6.

The vast majority of the popular PC multiplayer/coop games (and popular PC games in general) do not interest me in the slightest. I can only see so many discord streamer bait before I just check out entirely.

I'll probably try Arc Raiders again but I doubt it will stick. I didn't care for it much during the alpha/beta/whatever it was recently but I didn't put a lot of time into it or tried very hard.
 
Metal Gear Solid, any time. I have %90 the knowledge of pro online players from all kinds just to share the fun with these players including my relatives and close friends but I'm not one of them, I don't have time to do what they do.
 
I keep forgetting you guys haven't seen Team Fortress 3 and HL3 Death Match. This list will look very different come September.

Upcoming on PC? Nada.

I stick with CS2, and occasionally some age of empires 2.

Been tempted to play league again when the WASD movement update comes out. That sounds so damn good to play ADC with. I can finally play as Draven and catch all axes without an issue.

So everyone on the forum knows he's a PC gamer and totally hardcore, epic and absolutely superior and better than anyone who plays console games. Least we know he doesn't have a Nvidia 5090, because he would have added that also.

I'm currently playing one of the best co-op multiplayer games I've ever played. If you like co-op, you should check it out.

Why? Co-op is fun, exploration is rewarding, and crafting bases anywhere within a large indoor complex is a unique change for the genre.
How? $35 to purchase, but it's also included this month on PS Plus Extra and Game Pass.

Nothing, I'm sticking to Team Fortress 2 for when I want to play some matches.

I was actually planning to play tons of Mario Kart World online but then they went and fucked it up. Even if they fix it (the partially did) I'm not going back, that train has passed.

I don't know their post history or if this is inside banter, but why is it bad to ask for PC specific games when he plays on PC?

Arc Raiders in October. I played the recent tech test and that game has everything I want. Incredible sci fi setting that feels real, some of the best audio design I have ever heard in a video game, and the PvP extraction elements & loot all feel well thought out and fun. One of the few games in the genre where if I died it didn't bother me and I just queued right back in. Cannot wait to play more!

Currently nothing, that's the problem.

Just not a fan of BR's.

I played heroes of the storm until they stopped development. Would love to play another moba but i'm not gonna start with lol or dota now, it would take me months just to learn what i consider the basics.
Love card games but they ruined magic by putting things like final fantasy and soon spider man and avatar in the main formats. And gwent is dead, runeterra is dead and hearthstone hasn't been good in a long time, was watching some videos to see if maybe things had changed but the general consensus is that it's very bad right now, and there are no alternatives, except magic i guess which like i said has been ruined for me.
I like fighting games too but mostly 1v1, was extremely disappointed to hear that the new marvel game and the riot game are both tag team games, i'm probably gonna try them but i'm not that excited.
And MMO's of course but ashes of creation is the only one that seems good and that is looking to be just another star citizen.

Not PVP but if you like card games/ deck builders I highly recommend Balatro.

Also the free Battlefield beta is going on right now and its excellent.

i played balatro but yeah not what im looking for. For pve there are tons of great games.

Battlefield i would be somewhat interested in playing but only the multiplayer and not for 70$

Its free right now. I don't know what to say you want a PVP game that's awesome? play that.
 
BF6 definitely gonna be fun for next years, also weirdly enough just got back into ultimate team with FC25 and having fun so after a long time not waiting for any sales on FC26 this year it's also day1.

Let's be real.

If he didn't mention it then everyone in here would assume it was game recommendations on a playstation.

Which, ironically enough, would almost look the same with a few titles in between
