More than $1M less than $10M.

I’ve done well for myself and really enjoy gaming but there’s lots of other things I enjoy too. Enough money to stop working my job and live comfortably and I can find other stuff to do. Didn’t really play games much from age 20-32 and was fine.

Could I use that money to have someone play it for me and do what I want in them? If so, then a couple hundred million USD would cover it.

I think 10k is good enough for Topher Topher to pay off his debt, and learn the lesson about how fraudulent gaming can be, and hopefully stay away from it forever.

I'm now $10k in debt and I just fried my GPU trying to do some kind of "overvolting" "underclocking" something or another.

You guys lied to me.

PC gaming is a scam. Fuck you. Fuck you all.

1 million is the lowest I'll accept. 10k is pathetic and nothing. 100k is a good start but not enough to make me quit. 1 million will allow me to work towards owning a decent house with a bunch of leftovers so I could at least start a huge movie collection and spend money on other hobbies or vacations.

10M probably. I still have other hobbies and interests.

Is 10M enough to never have to work again and just focus on traveling and other hobbies? I could get my dream home together with my girlfriend and live happily and childfree 😄

Gotta be at least a couple of million because I have to swap that hobby with another and that would be just traveling around the world for years and years so I need my moneyz.

£10m is give it great consideration.

Not having to work again for 40 hrs per week vs not doing my favourite hobby for about 5 hours per week on average.

With that time and lack of financial and work stress I could read lots, get really in to cinema, tend my garden, volunteer, go to the gym every day etc.

I play games to escape life. Give me enough money where my life wouldn't need escaping, and sure. I'll find a real hobby then.

1 mill wouldn't be enough to retire now and still entertain myself without games. 10 mill on the other hand I could find plenty to do.

Large numbers don't represent the real owner no matter who he is. for me, even cashed $T wouldn't change how I think and view the world.

1 million would be fine.

With that money I could buy a house outright and ensure financial security for my family.

I had to go $100 milly. I'd have so much time for gaming with 10 mill but I wouldn't be able to play, it would be tragic irony... like that greek guy who turned his wife and daughter to gold. Dunno his name but he really had the midas touch

If I have 100 mill I can pay strippers to play games forever while I give them instructions on which social link bonus to rank up next in Metaphor Re: Fantasio 2

No reason to give it up. Its fun and connects me to other people. I can easily earn enough to live comfortably. Its not like having 10 times more money will make me 10 times happier at least not if you already earn a very livable wage.

For me, there is something about games that you simply cant buy with money and cant quite replace with other hobbies. Its having all the choices that makes me happy and getting rid of that choice for just more money would actually make me happier, in the long run it would probably make me more miserable, knowing that I gave up that kind of freedom.
