If I were to get Trump bux (and I won't) first thing I'll do is order a really nice meal for me and the person I care for.

Then make sure I have enough food for a couple weeks BUT NOT hoarding.

Pay my phone bill and other bills in advance and use it for any other things I need.

What's left over I'll use for video games I want like La Mulana 2 on GOG (I really want this). Maybe get a new budget phone.

It was at like 5% before, 6 based on current price. That's good. You get more than that by taking risk more risk. If you aren't satisfied with 5% you'll be doing something really risky or illegal. To answer your question, yes.
