I know IE has its bookmarks in an easy to access "Favorites" folder, but I can't seem to find the one Firefox uses... I need to search for a specific bookmark that I "lost", it would be much easier to locate if I could sort bookmarks by "Date modified/created" and the like, which I can do with IE.

You can export your bookmarks to a bookmarks.html file.

IIRC, Firefox stores them as a html file, like Opera. Is there a bookmarks.htm file anywhere?

There's a "Bookmarks" drop-down menu at the top of the page, right?

Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks.. There's a search field up top. Couldn't be any easier.

On my Linux system, they're stored under ~/.firefox/default/(some crap)/bookmarks.html. Should be something similar in Windows. You could always just open the file and do a text search if the "Manage Bookmarks" fails for some reason.
