I dunno, I think he has a point in that the darkstalkers women are the most erotic fanservice based of capcom's female designs.

Kind of a shame as gameplay-wise Morrigan is mainly just another shoto whereas there are tons of unique and awesome darkstalkers characters.

Well, she is TOO weak and recieves lots of damage, but i liked to use her along with Juggernaut and Tron to compensate.

One of the interviews stated that MvC3 has been in development since TvC was in development. Whether that means pre-production type ideas and stuff, but w/e. In any case, if they really do have 30 complete characters as of right now, I could see at least 10 more being made before release. 40 characters is a good number. Not 56, but enough for a very good roster.

A palette swap would be so easy to implement that I doubt Capcom could resist the urge to take advantage of it.

I would like it if they stuck with 1 character per franchise, Capcom & Marvel have strong enough catalogue

Just 10 of which they can include, no "baddy" characters, even easier choosing the 5 left as the main/memorable bosses (assuming it's 30 characters 15/15 split).

Ultras include; Wayne getting in a VS, Frank's zombie horde...

I'd also love it if they had a "Helper" Super, where each character has help from a member of franchise so that's where your War Machines, Nero's etc. come in. More variety the better I say

I edited my boss list after something about The Sentry hit me.
He would be the perfect multiform boss for Marvel.

The Sentry (mulitple form:1st Normal Sentry, 2nd posessed by The Void Sentry, 3rd THE VOID)

This would make for one badass boss fight. The only other thing that comes close would be fighting Angra from Godhand.

So I guess the reason the Tyrant was cut was the same reason it was cut from TvC (because it would look too gruesome)?

If that's true, then wouldn't that mean MvC3 really was in development for a long time? Otherwise that would mean they would have cut the Tyrant from TvC, started to bring it back in MvC3, and then cut it again for the same reason, which wouldn't make a lot of sense.

Hsien-Ko, Lord Raptor, Anakaris and Jediah are my favorite darkstalkers. Was happy at least Anakaris made it in the old MvC even if he's not the most useful.

tbh, I kind of see Guilty Gear/Blazblue as the spiritual succesor of Darkstalkers in terms of style (not gameplay).
