Which are the best Instant Noodles?

I recently discovered the greatness of Instant Noodles at a friend's house. Even if I was warned about how much preservatives they contain, I couln't help myself.

I bought a batch of:
nong-c-shincup-200.gif

cause they had them at my local market (for 1.25$ each). But which are the best? Maybe I'll start looking at my koren/japanese store.

These are really good, and availible at your local target. Get some Chinese hot sauce and add a dallop, and you're ready to roll out.

1.25 each? Yikes. I bought like boxes(each containing 20 cup) for 5 bucks each, of course they are from Asian store.

I gotta hunt down some asian stores then. I'll look into what I can find.

but 5$ for 20? that's cheap. Are you sure?

Yeah. I live in Los Angeles though, so that probably why it's so inexpensive.

Ok, I prefer to spend time on my food to make it good, so I don't really like this stuff except for in emergencies, but hey: the packaging is cool!

I forgot what it was called, but it came in a styrofoam bowl with actual pieces of duck in a sauce.

Best instant noodles I've ever had

Ra-oh. Instant ramen in a bowl. Comes with very good dried veggies, 7 spice sprinkles and miso base. Fantastic.

My favorite atm are these:

Very flavorful soup, and the noodle is quite good.

Other than that, also like this brand:
Nissin-Noodle-Sesame.jpg

It has alot of variety, very cheap, and tastes great. Also comes in vermicelli. One of my favorite for midnight snacking.

Recently they introduced pasta which tastes incredibly bland.

Yeah I used to always buy Nissin brand instant noodles, or more precisely the mum does. Gotten kinda bored of them after eating them all my life. :lol

Anyway, it's all about my mum's home-made Pho. Pho Shizzle.

I tried their pasta a while back and yeah it's pretty bland. The one with the egg wasn't too great. It was cheap though (around a dollar).

Their Goo-ta noodles are quite tasty.

Super Noodles.

Foodstuff of the gods.

*nods*

Unless I'm really low on money, in which case I get the Asda Smartprice noodles instead. They're not bad, especially for 8p a pack.

Maruchan noodles are the bomb! They are the gods of the bag kind. Most markets sell them here for like 10 for a dollar.

Nissan owns all cup kinds. They have a cool factory here in LA. I remember they used to have a huge billboard that had a life size man hanging from it. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Is that still up there?

I know it's very customary for young men to munch on instant noodles when just moving out or otherwise strapped...but you guys can't tell me you honestly enjoy this stuff. Urgh...it's all crap.

I buy that one for my place. I like the spiciness.

Instant Noodles definitely don't make any kind of good dinner, even if you try to mix two or three packs.(DON'T! TRUST ME!) They do however make for some good ass filler food for before and after dinner. They've made great gaming food for me.

goddamnit, home made pho? fucker :/

the japanese brands are universally the worst. the best are the korean ramyun cups and the chinese stuff. hit up 99 ranch, friends. for 100 they try harder.

I like these Asian Made Simple noodles they come in some fresh pak container, they arent dried noodles they are like soft and shit. Its really good and i love the kung pao kind. I just add some shrimp and its a full on meal.

Poody

What program do you use to photoshop a picture?
people that eat the bag noodles do you pour the whole pack or half ?

I found some kitsune udon at this asian grocery store. I can't remember what brand, and I've already eaten it all so I can't check. But lemme just say this; if you were to ask the god of taste buds to put himseld into a package and sell himself for a dollar, this is what he would do. Amazing. Crack a raw egg over it and add some hot sauce and you might have just made heaven-flavored noodles in a bowl.
