Which developers are you most excited to see more from this gen?

Atlus, aside from SMT V and Persona 6, I would love to see more remasters like Nocturne, specially if they are Digital Devil Saga.

id Software, give me a Quake reboot.

Capcom, if the leaks where true we should be getting some gems. The idea of a Dragon's Dogma 2 is enough to keep me excited.

From Soft. Elden Ring pls.

RGG Studio. I fell in love with the Yakuza series just this year so yeah, I want more. Specially excited to see if they go back to the brawler or keep the rpg combat. Eitherway it'll be great.

There are many more of course, but those are my top.

Since my previous post was (obviously) a joke this is my serious answer:

FromSoftware
Gen Design
Sony WW studios
Square Enix (mostly for Dragon Quest,Final Fantasy and Nier)
Capcom (mostly for Dragon's Dogma 2)
Platinum Games
Cygames (for Project Awakening and Granblue Fantasy ReLink)
Sega (mostly for new Yakuza and Valkyria Chronicles games)
Monolith Soft
CDPR (for next Witcher game)

-Supergiant Games.
-Frost Giant Studios.
-Wayfoward.
-Mihoyo.
And finally, any new studio announced in the future.

Guerilla. Excited to see what innovations they added to Horizon. They have an amazing base to work from with the original game so now they can refine and expand the already terrific gameplay.

Have to go with rockstar and the zelda team, whenever they release a game it's like a event for the industry.

Rockstar sells loads but the gameplay in Watch Dogs Legion is far more interesting and the comedy is actually funny unlike GTA 5 which had little variation in the gameplay and their attempt at comedy are always cringe racist/profanity filled 5th grade level humor.

From Software, Bluepoint, insomniac, Sucker Punch

Alao a huuuge shoutout to Striking Distance Studios. I didn't even realise that it was Glen Schofield who founded the studio and a whole bunch of the old Dead Space developers are part of the team. So the Callisto Protocol will be the Dead Space 4 we never got. So glad that they can make a game without EA fucking them from behind. One of my most anticipated games this gen

Square Enix - FF7R part 2, FF14, maybe FF16
Sega - I want Valkyria Chronicles 5, Jet Set Radio 3, and another good Sonic game
Namco - Looking forward to Tales of Arise and whatever else they make this gen

i would love to play a watch dogs 3 from the team that made 1 and 2, this legion game is not really a watch dogs game imo as it lacks character and a good vision.

M2 - Give me those sweet, sweet arcade ports please

Namco - Tekken 8 might be a few years away but I'm already hyped

Capcom - Street Fighter 6? More DMC? Needless to say, they've been on a roll as of late

Team Ninja - I'll take pretty much anything they've got cooking

Codemasters - Very keen to see what they'll produce under EA

I'm really interested in seeing what Bethesda puts out under Microsoft.
As am I.

I'm very curious to see whether or not having access to more in-house talent and more R&D will improve the quality of their games with respect to performance.
Imagine a BGS title that launches with minimal bugs. I love the idea of proprietary gaming engines, although in this case I'd even be excited to see their titles running on other, better engines or even a newly developed one.

Considering Microsoft invested so much money in the acquisition of ZemiMax, I'd imagine there would be a certain level of quality control they insist on maintaining.
If Halo Infinite couldn't get away with launching in the state it premiered then I can't imagine TES VI, Starfield, or some future Fallout release launching in excessive buggy states that we're currently used to.

Well that's my hope for that new partnership, I suppose.

Rockstar - GTA VI

SSM - Ragnarok

SP - GoT sequel or new IP

Nintendo - BoTW part deux

From Software - Elden Ring
