I will never understand this topic, and the others before it. Not sure if you guys know this (guffaw), but radio stations are regional. So when you post a radio station, 99.9% of the people that read this will not care or understand what you are talking about.
Not to threadcrap or anything....
Wow! I'm glad you're hear to tell us the obvious. I thought FM waves traveled across oceans, they were so strong.
For me:
90.1 WABE and 89.7 FM the NPR stations (mostly for Garrison Keillor, Michael Feldman, Green Island Radio Show(Celtic music), classical music and various odd programs they have).
750 WSB and 940 WMAZ for talk radio.
Music stations have been drab. 92.9 FM has changed from 70's rock music to 'rock' music of the 90's like Sheryl Crow, Smashing Pumpkins, etc. I like their music, but I can hear their crap on a dozen other stations.
The only dedicated 70's music outlet is gone. The Oldies station changed from 97.1 to 105.7, but I can't get a good reception from the new station. Basically all that's left is Top 40, recent pop/rock and country stations.
BTW I love listening to AM stations, trying to find stations from different parts of the country. I've gotten 720 and 780 AM from Chicago. Stations from Louisana, Cincinnati, New York, Fort Wayne, Indiana, etc. I think that's kind of fascinating, but I can only get them late at night.
